Absolutely fabulous food, fantastic atmosphere and great service.Would recomend this eatery to anyone who loves eating in a fine establishment with plenty of ambience and character.

While on an overnight stay in Ione WA, our motel owners recommended the Block for a bight to eat and we are sure glad they did! We were greeted at the entry by the owner/bartender with a big smile and a warm greeting. The menu is Pub oriented, and they have a fantastic choice of delicious burgers, can't go wrong there! There is a good selection of Tap & Bottled beverages as well. We enjoyed a bit of the NFL on the Big Screen, and also played a few games of pool (free) as well. I liked this place, good honest hospitality! You won't be disappointed!

Ok, as a third reviewer I have to say I'm a little scared of this place. No tap beer. They carry what Anheuser-Busch has on their truck. It didn't even have an IPA. Maybe they were out? Not sure. Not sure if or when the place ever gets busy.

We had an AMAZING time at Main Street tack! Don was kind enough to open up his store on an off day to let us do some shopping and wine tasting! He was very knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Thank you so much for accommodating us we are so happy we found such a fun place to spend the afternoon!

Love this place. Its a unique little hole-in-the wall bar. Good laughs, good conversation, and great people. Coldest beer in town! Some people may disagree, but thats fine keeps out the trouble makers. 😀

This is a great little spot to get harassed by drunken, chain smoking white trash. You can't even walk down this side of the street to the post office without some low life making a rude comment or harassing you. Doesn't matter if it's 8am or 8pm! Oh and the "smoke 25 feet away from the building" sign is clearly only there for decoration! Man or woman, the people who frequent here are total low life's. They have no respect for people going about their day and minding their own business. Which clearly, they do not know how to do! I have consistently been harassed directly in front of their door when I've tried to avoid eye contact and walk quickly by. Someone buy this place already and turn it into a decent, respectable establishment!
