Food was pretty much inedible. We tried numerous dishes. Toddler wouldn’t eat the chicken quesadilla. Tasted it, chicken was super sweet. My fajitas were a sad joke. Steamed veggies not grilled. The steak was cold when served and seemed microwaved/reheated. Nachos with steak were actually good, except a sweet onion they mixed in that overpowered it with sweetness. Red salsa was super sweet, no flavor. Green salsa was good. Chicken tortilla soup tasted like charcoal. Very bitter and inedible. A bit surprised when we told the server to take the food back we weren’t visited by a manager. They comped the soup at least.

Not bad, but not amazing. Viewed in the context of food available in a shopping mall, I'd say it's as good as you are going to get. Kudos for the chips and salsa provided free of charge. The chips are quite crispy and good. Service was very attentive and thoughtful.

Made a Fraudulent transaction.In addition Tacos Dorados for Take out listed for $20. In their menu it clearly states "Two tacos on homemade corn tortillas, served with rice & black beans."After getting home, realized that only half of the order was in the box and no sides (rice and beans). When I called, the manager lied that the sides are only provided if asked explicitly. When I pointed out that their menu states it is included, she reluctantly agreed that they made a mistake. After a lot of back and forth the manager said she will refund $15.After three days, I noticed another charge of $20. I will be reaching out to the CC company to dispute it.FRAUD.

Horrible customer service at Issaquah Highland location. We ordered tacos for take out from the menu which clearly says they are served with rice and beans. Our take out order was missing rice and beans. The manager is incompetent and lies to the customers. We were told that we did not receive the rice and beans because we did not mention it while ordering. Upon showing the online menu the manager then changed her story and said that they did a mistake. She then went on and said that if we don’t give a negative review she will not charge us for that dish. As a customer we are entitled to a full meal when you pay the full price.
