We love Aji! We live in the Highlands and have eaten at this restaurant more than any other place in Issaquah. It's our go-to for fresh sushi and I love the Japanese and Korean options. Kid and family-friendly and they always have the Seahawks or Mariners game on. Very nice and quick service! Thank you, Aji team!

We stopped by to order to go. The hostess sat us down and gave us a bowl of soup and some water. I expected to wait at the entrance by they really made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Thank you for such warm service.

Quality nigiri, large portions. Rolls were also good, with a nicer than expected presentation. Prices were very fair, which is unusual for quality food in issaquah. There were also a good number of korean dishes we did not try, but will sample on our next visit.

Aka hako roll was yummy 👍
Some reason seemed like the “Red Crab” in the Hawaiian roll tasted weird- but the removing it and eating the tuna= yummy.

What I look for in my Sushi rolls is for them to be protein packed at a reasonable price. This is the place. Ordered one with shrimp on the inside, topped with salmon, tuna, and spicy tuna. Perfect.
