Best thai food in town

The Tom yum seafood soup is great but the green curry was too spicy! Even going with 2 on a scale of 5 as they recommended was way over to traditional Thai green curry I have had in the US and in Thailand. Recommend the chef to lower the chillies.

Great spot to eat! Pad Thai was very good and the drink selection is great. Thoughtful service and a nice clean restroom.

I've been dining at Bai Tong since early 2023. But lately, it's been really disappointing.First off, the hostess seemed disinterested and indifferent to my presence. It felt like she'd rather be anywhere else but there, and asking her anything was like talking to a brick wall. Last time, I ordered their pork ribs, and they've rushed to bring the dish and must've forgotten to cook them all the way through. They were practically raw. Then, just when I thought it couldn't get worse, I dug into their fried rice. It used to be a well served portion with lots of ingredients. Now it's like they're cutting corners left and right. Less stuff in it, more plain rice--it felt like a cheap imitation of what it used to be.Overall, Bai Tong used to be my go-to spot for some solid Thai eats, but now I'm not sure. I prefer to go elsewhere for a Pad Thai.

The overall dining atmosphere is good, but it can be seen that the interior decoration is a bit old. The food tastes good, a little on the sweet side, and the spiciness can be customized. I guess it suits American tastes and is not sour and spicy like Thai food. ?The bartending is good and there are many

At this point, I am only reviewing service on the phone. I understand it's a busy evening, but I've been placed on hold for over 20 minutes and cannot even place an order for takeout. Please have a better system. My husband ended up ordering from another establishment while I was still on hold.

One of the worst food places around. The service is very bad. If you want to be treated like you are asking for free food with your own money eat here. Also this is not how the actual Thai food taste. Everything is too sweet, even you try to order the most spicy it's still sweet. Not good for people with Diabetes and not authentic Thai food. If you are looking for authentic food, don't eat here. Their appetizers plate is tasteless, waste of money. Still the worst part is the service, very rude people who mostly seems to be talking with each other, doesn't care about your order or whether you need something. Forget about bringing your order too. I think some of their reviews seems fake. I saw one person wrote the review about how they hate this specific noodle dish and a few days later, someone else, probably someone they paid for, wrote a review about how good the exact same noodle dish is. What a coincidence. So the management don't care to give you a good service but just pay for fake review and call it good. Don't waste your time and money on this. Go somewhere else!

I let it slide as much as I can because I know people make mistakes. It's been constant issues one after another and it has come to a point when enough is enough. I never write bad reviews but for the first time I decided to. First off, they can't make the fried rice right, never eat fried rice from here it's tasteless. Also they will give you very small portions on shrimp if you order anything with shrimp. Their curry taste like full of msg, I don't know for sure but I order two times and both times I was extremely thirsty no matter how much water I drink. I thought maybe it just me, so after the first try I give it the second shot but no it's their curry. That is if you eat there or order for pick up and get your order. Mostly you won't get what you order. One time, we order for pick up and according to them, the other person before us took part of our order, they can't remake it for us because their kitchen already close. They didn't say sorry, don't even offer refund. We have to went back to ask for the refund because their website charged us already for the pick up order but they didn't give us the food. Oh If you order through delivery service, there is another problem, they either forgot something or straight up don't receive the order and left with no food after a long wait. Then get a refund that I will receive in 3 to 7 days later. What a joke. They always forget to give me the drinks when I ordered through door dash. Always missing something. One time I didn't receive the whole order. Of course I will get refunded in 5 days later, just don't eat anything for now. It's not one time or two time, it's four times at the very least. We make sure to put in notes to say please don't forget the drinks, because they always do, and they didn't give us the item with the note. Are they doing it on purpose? They said the dasher didn't know there are drinks that haven't make. Well then let them know, it's their responsibility to make sure to give the order that people pay for. When called to ask, they act like we are am the stupid ones, because apparently they are just being so nice and don't make the drink on purpose before the dasher come because they worry it will melt. I ordered the drink without ice. I want to know what is going to melt? The drink that is already liquid? Another thing is, if you are waiting until the dasher come to make the drink then why not let the dasher know when he/she come to pick it up? "Dasher just pick up without us knowing, some dasher don't even speak English," that's what they said. So is that mean anyone can just go in and pick up free food paid for by others? Nice Charity. This is not a way to treat your customer that support your business even with the mistakes you keep making. This is not how you do business. Enough is enough. I will take my business somewhere else. I suggest someone who has faced similar situations to save the headache and try Similian Thai cuisine, Khao San Thai cuisine, Noodle boat Thai, Thai eatery, Sno Thai and many other Thai places around the area.
