Overdue review: Dec 2024- My kids LOVE BR cakes for their birthdays. Ordered the Oreo cake online and was trying to order different flavors for each cookie, but couldn't add all flavors to the extra notes section. Called and confirmed if it was possible and the girl working said sure just let them know the name on the order and what flavors. Once I figured out what flavors I ofc forgot to call. But when I picked up the cake she had already put different flavors for each Oreo. What a boss move and the cake was fantastic!⭐ Beautiful, made on time, the cake wasn't too sweet and mango ice cream tasted like fresh juicy magos🥭. We have another birthday coming up and will be ordering cake from here.
Also the banana splits are bussin. When I order bananas in my ColdStone ice cream they are almost always too green and bitter. Not at BR though. Thank you for such lovely treats!🙏🏾

Ice cream tasted of freezer burn. Service was horrible. The one person helping customers (very very slow day) was awful. It seemed having loud music on was more important than correctly hearing a customer. Not child friendly at all. Little place to sit. No bathroom available for a little person to use. Stay away from this place. So many options for non freezer burned flavor ice cream. So many options for good service and actually family friendly. Will never return. Will let others know as often as I can to go anywhere else.

Wheelchair accessibility: I wouldn't suggest a wheelchair as there is very little room.

Trash customer service, sanitation sucks and the waffle cone was STALE! The young lady was not pay attention and mixed another ice cream into mine. Then scrapes up pieces of ice cream into a waffle cone. Not a scoop but pieces of ice cream. I asked her to redo it since there was another ice cream mixed in it. She grabs my old waffle cone with her BARE hands and asked me did I want to use the same cone? Huh! Then she grabs a new cone and gives another cone shavings of ice cream. A waste of money and I’m disgusted with the sanitation. I’ve never been able to see through my waffle cone. Your staff should be wearing gloves! And taught to properly scoop ice cream! And restock your inventory there’s no reason my waffle cone should be as chewy as gum.

As a food delivery driver, the employees did not inform me they would be 20 minutes late in preparing my order. They had two staff members and were helping every single customer who came in after me instead of preparing the online order that was already late. Please do better for delivery drivers who are just trying to make a living.
RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY: The store did not have customers waiting 5-10 minutes. Your employees were helping new customers who came in long after I did and after I informed them of the order’s existence. I informed your staff of the order and stood within their view less than 3 feet from the register the entire time and watched them do everything but work on the order. I appreciate your willingness to work on this. Drivers cancel because of behavior like this. Cold Stone is a phenomenal place to pick up from in comparison and every delivery driver knows this.

Baskin-Robbins has become a staple for my family on special occasions and during the peak of summer heat. It's our go-to place for a quick, delightful treat, and it never disappoints. The staff here are consistently kind and helpful, making each visit smooth and pleasant.The ice cream, as expected, is always delicious. They have a wide variety of flavors, but I have to give a special shoutout to the Cookie Monster flavor—it's my personal favorite and always hits the spot with its sweet, cookie-filled goodness.While the atmosphere is pretty basic, it's exactly what you'd expect from a classic ice cream shop. We usually don't linger long, but the environment is always clean and welcoming, which is more than enough when you're there for the ice cream.For anyone looking for a reliable spot to satisfy a sweet tooth, Baskin-Robbins is highly recommended. Whether it's cooling off on a hot day or celebrating a family milestone with a scoop or two, it's a place that promises and delivers simple joy in every cup or cone.

Took our granddaughter there the other day for ice cream. The woman working there was really hyper and asking our granddaughter if she was ok. My granddaughter looked embarrassed and said nothing. Then the woman said sorry to me and my hub saying that our granddaughter looked unhappy. What??? My granddaughter is a very quiet and soft spoken little girl around STRANGERS! B&R needs to train their employees to put a filter on when it comes to customer service.

Jack and Taylor at the Issaquah location are my wife's and mine favorite ice cream scoopers. They are the best.
Myself and two of my colleagues came into this place to get a scoop of ice cream. Only to never be acknowledged. The staff didn’t say hello, they didn’t do anything. Moreover, they skipped us only to help others.This store needs clear markings in the store illustrating where to order, etc.I won’t ever visit this location again..

I ordered my daughter an ice cream cake for her 12th birthday and I'm thrilled with how it turned out! The staff listened to my requests, had me email them my inspiration pic and the cake turned out even better than I expected! Highly recommend!

This Baskin Robbins has always been my go-to dessert spot, after I have dinner in the area! I always make it a habit of mine to grab a scoop of one of their wide variety of flavors after my meal to end the night! Their customer service was always hospitable and let me try whatever flavor I wanted without question before I even made my order. I also noticed they make beautifully designed custom-order cakes, if you have a special occasion coming up.If you're ever in this part of town, definitely drop by for a scoop or two!
