Came here at night and there was nobody there but the staff and a lot of food sitting around. I asked if they could warm up the chicken since it was basically room temperature and they said no. Maybe lunch time is better.

It’s not the best teriyaki I’ve had but I like this place for a few reasons. First off you get a great selection of sides besides the usual white rice and salad- there’s also brown rice, yakisoba, stir fry veggies, cabbage salad, and broccoli.
Service is quick - it’s chipotle style where they build it as you order. I also appreciate they’re using all compostable items so there’s little trash.
If I had to change anything- add a kids meal and make more gluten free meat options.

Delicious food, very generous portions, and excellent prices. The restaurant is clean, has a great atmosphere with good music, and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend BB’s Teriyaki!

This ain't even teriyaki. Food reminds me like school cafeteria food lol
Food was not fresh, the brisket was very fatty and severely overcooked to the point of not being edible, the yakisoba and the stir fry and the rice I could tell had been sitting around in the pots for a long time. Now I have an upset stomach and regret coming here for lunch. I hope I don't end up with food poisoning. Very disappointing considering it was $23, at this price point I expect a fresh meal!

Food rating level not so great, menu not straight forward about what i was actually going to get. Talked to the guy who took orders; I left with the understanding that the portion size of teriyaki chicken was small and there was no other option. I left, found out at another restaurant that BB's has really large portions. Nope, sorry, i tried to hard to get good info and failed.
I came here today and got the beef brisket and it tasted great! The rice and yakisoba also tasted great and the portions were huge. I ate there and then took the rest home to eat later. The workers were quick and friendly with atmosphere also bring great.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Do not eat here, a disgrace to Teriyaki chicken. How can anyone mess that up? Well I’ll let you know how,
serving “chicken” that looks like undercooked rat sliced into mini pieces, with no sauce…oh wait they give you a little tiny bitty cup with it enough teriyaki sauce to maybe please a newborn baby. Also they were kind enough to serve over cooked vegetables and mushy rice how thoughtful, not even gonna mention the nasty noodles. All my mom wanted after work was a good teriyaki meal instead she’s left disappointed and grossed out. Pathetic definitely go here if you’re looking to have your mood utterly ruined and waste $30+

Had lunch here today with my cousin and her kids—spent nearly $80, and unfortunately, it didn’t sit well with me at all. This was the only thing I ate, so I’m certain it came from this meal. For the price, I expected better quality and definitely not to get sick afterward. Really disappointed, and I won’t be returning.
I normally don't write bad reviews, but this place absolutely sucked. I ordered the beef brisket and it literally tasted like it came out of a can. The broccoli wasn't steamed at all the salad tasted like some sour kraut gone bad. And other than that the meal was so dry that when I tried feeding it to my dog ,my dog even said no! So if you are looking for a good teriyaki restaurant then please take my word for it and just don't waste your time or money on this place .....

Dry and not fresh.
This place has a Chipotle-like concept. Their pork tasted dry and overcooked, though it was marinating inside meat juices, and the chicken felt rubbery. Yakisoba had a crunchy texture, and the stir-fried veggies didn't taste fresh either. We won't be coming back.
