The ice cream was yummy and just as expected. 3 stars because the service was lacking. The teen worker who took my order did his job by giving us samples and taking our order. However, once we paid he left and headed to the back to chat with the other worker. The tip part of the screen was still on and this part of the transaction wasn't even complete. What if I wanted a receipt? The kid just left! While I understand the apathy, it was enough to turn me off and now the next time we want ice cream, we'll probably just go to baskins, which is closer to our place.

This place still has delicious ice cream, but it definitely needs a thorough cleaning and refresh. I recommend the ice cream, but better to take it to go. It's a shame, because it's the only place in the area where you can take your kids and sit down for ice cream, but with that level of dirt, you definitely don't want to stay there.

Wonderful establishment! Google says they close at 10pm but they actually close at 9pm.
We showed up a few minutes after 9pm, while they were in the process of putting up the "closed" sign, and the employees were nice enough to let us in and take our orders. I should note that we were a party of 7 so they definitely could have turned us away and we would have understood. But they didn't! Their service was courteous and quick then we were on our way so they could finish closing while we enjoyed our ice cream.
S/o to whoever was working the night shift at Ben & Jerry's on 9/7/24! They deserve all of the praise!
Very overpriced, but also great staff and product. Support these guys instead of getting Hagan Diaz from Safeway across the street! Manager told me prices will come down now that inflation has come down. Love the Milskyshakes!

Their selections feel a bit limited as of late, and the prices feel a bit high. Parking can also be tricky depending on the day/time you go. (You may have better luck parking at the theater across the street.) But the staff are always kind and the ice cream is tasty. And they have long hours in the summer so a great way to end an evening date.

Place can get busy and therefore messy. Friendly staff is great. Love the owner. But, as I said, it gets busy on a hot day and then the staff can’t clean the place as fast as people drop ice cream all over it.

What a great shop. We’ve been here before and appreciated all of the non-dairy amaaaazing ice creams. We recently went for “free cone day” and it was amazing. Despite the line being around 30 feet out the door, we barely waited because the 3 servers were INCREDIBLE! So pleasant, kind, fast and made you feel special despite surely being one of a thousand served that day. Kudos to the wonderful team working there. :)
