I arrived at the coffee shop around 11:10and did not get serviced until 25 minutes later when the barista was chatting it up with the customer in front. She didn’t even have a big order. She ordered a smoothie and a cookie. When I finally was able to order, she was rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to talk by closing the window on me. While handing me my drinks, the other barista had mentioned to her that was she aware that I had been waiting for so long behind the customer who she was talking to and she proceeded to shrug and say yeah, in an awkward tone. I come here very often and have good service usually and I’m extremely disappointed. then, when I arrived home, all of my drinks, taste like shit. The coffee was extremely sweet to the point where it wasn’t even drinkable. My flavored Red Bull doesn’t even taste like the flavor I ordered it just taste like straight milk. 0/10 this Service was unacceptable and on top of that The drinks I ordered were not even worth the wait or the price I paid.

First time user. Could not believe we had to wait in the car line while the car in front of us gave their (lengthy) order and then we had to wait for them to receive their order and pay for it. I thought the menu would be the place to give the order, but no. I can't believe this business model works; there could have been three, four maybe five orders handled during the time the car in front of us and we were served. Not coming back.

I was craving apple cider donuts and thought, “what if apple cider came in a frostbite?” I asked if they could make it happen and one of the workers did exactly that! It turned out so good.
I had them add vanilla syrup, caramel drizzle around the cup, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top total perfection.
Just to note, this was my own custom creation, not something on their menu. Definitely try it if you love apple-cider vibes 🍎❄️
I have always loved Bigfoot Java. It doesn't seem to matter what location their coffee is. Always good. The only thing I don't like about this location in Issaquah is the drive-thru. It can get a bit clustered as the parking lot isn't very big and there are other businesses around. The baristas are very helpful and friendly and I always look for locations when I'm in or passing through an area

We went to this location this morning, and I was in a hurry to get to work. I pulled up for a few minutes, and she was not even at the window. Then another driver pulled up on the other side, and the lady was going to help him first without even realizing our car had already been sitting there waiting. Then I told her I wanted a hot coffee with oat milk, and she went and put half-and-half. This was also after waiting 5 minutes just to make a coffee when Starbucks takes 30 seconds. Then she said she would remake it, which would take another 5 minutes. Bad customer service
