The drinks are really good. But what really pissed me off is they try and trick you into tipping more money by putting the larger amount first on the keypad. So people who are not paying attention are gonna tip more. These companies need to learn how to pay their employees better so that they don’t rely on tips. Enough said.

Prices go up, quality goes down. The girls there are wonderful, though. We used to come here multiple times a week. Now we're paying just over $20 for two drinks without a tip. Not worth it anymore in my opinion. Coffee quality has gone way down, it just doesn't taste the way it used to.

They take way too long. These people need to be fired. No problems like this whatsoever in edmonds. Could have 5 cars in a line and service them faster than one car at this location. Its bs. Making people late to work— once you’re in the line you cannot get out!!!

The girl who made my 32 ounce Red Bull Italian soda did an awful job! I asked for a 32 ounce two can and received a 24 ounce one can so I asked them to fix it, then I watched her remake it, she put in the flavourings again, then dumped the other drink into that cup. Therefore, it’s still only had one Red Bull in it, and double the amount of flavouring, and it tasted awful.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would! To sit in a line for 30 minutes while the barista causally waltzes around with no sense of urgency is frustrating. I have no idea why a drink would take that long to make. The teenagers in the car in front of us hung out of the window and horsed around while those of us that had long rides ahead had to reverse and leave since we value our time and money. I will never give this location a dime. The shop needs to be closed and all the employees fired.

Our high school volleyball team wanted coffee before heading home from a weekend tournament. The staff refused to help us. They said they wouldn’t do orders for more than three people at a time. Very disappointed. Will not be back. Do not recommend
Genuinely in love with the service here! The girls are always so sweet and they always make me drink perfect. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile everyday :)

Stuck 45 minutes between cars waiting for a coffee from one worker with 2 full lanes and then have it spill on me and all over my car because the lid was not secure was not a good experience. The drink however (what little was letting the cup) was decent.

I came here last night around 10:30pm and asked the girl to make an “iced white on white americano with cream” I think she was new bc she had to ask another girl how to make it. The other girl explained it to her and kinda brushed her off. I wish I took pictures of this drink bc it was so bad. Made completely wrong. :( she used a HOT cup for my iced drink.. she made a HOT americano with hot water and mixed iced in it… but it was so hot that all the ice melted so she gave me this luke warm drink with white chocolate chunks. It was so bad. A loaded americano is on the menu and I feel like everyone should be trained properly to make the drink. It was undrinkable and we had to poor it out the window.
