Very busy coffee shop but they work quick and are always kind at the window. Went today and they actually game me a breakfast sandwich simply asking for feedback. Gotta say, that was a delicious sandwich and I'd highly recommend.

Barristas asking you if you want your change is rude. You are not due a tip for handing a cup of coffee out a window. that's your entire job.

Came to order a blended drink. I believe it is one of their best sellers if not the best seller. The blender is broken and we don’t have a back up. Been broken for awhile. I said no worries and thanked the attendant and pulled forward.I then heard the guy behind me try to order a blended drink when he pulled up and he actually got mad.I had pulled over to look up the closest Starbucks and overheard it.He drove off and didn’t order anything and he had a carload of people. I didn’t order anything either and was going to order 3 drinks in total. No backup blender at a coffee stand that has blended drinks as their most popular item. I used to bartend and we had a back up blender. They always break, even the heavy duty commercial ones.So this has actually happened before and why I am writing a review. Maybe it will help the management team/owners understand a need to key equipment to have a back up plan.

I didn't realize that when you order a coffee, they give you an americano but my 24oz coffee with "a little cream" tasted like luke warm water with milk in it and cost ~$5.50. It was very bad, I had to dump it out. There wasn't even a hint of coffee flavor in it. And it even looked like water with milk in it; an almost white/ clear color.I went here to avoid going to Starbucks, but now I regret it because I'm still caffeine deficient and now more poor.Maybe they need to increase the espresso shot to water ratio on the 24 oz but it honestly tasted like they forgot to put any coffee-related liquid in it.

Always gives the wrong order when I come to get white coffee…then girls argue and do not apologize when you have to go all the way back in line to get what you paid for.
