Make sure to clear your schedule for the entire day if you plan on stopping for one of the worlds simplest breakfast foods, which will arrive cold and mediocre at best. If you enjoy being snapped at by the staff for asking any questions, this is the bagel shop for you. Have any allergy’s? Make sure to remind the staff 3 times or block out the remainder of your day to get acquainted with their bathroom.

Went at 12:30 on Saturday, they close around 3pn. they literally had nothing left except a few of the rye ones left, the coffee machine was broken. The person taking orders did not care.

I’ve been to the Redmond location multiple times and never seen such poor service or non food availability

I come in 3 hours before they close and they don’t have anything in stock to choose from. Not the first time this has happened. Just go to Bellevue or Redmond the staff was also just had attitude for no reason.

Disappointed. Picked up a dozen bagels a couple of days ago. Some were good, some bad - but all very expensive. Cinnamon raisin terrible . Beechers cheese and onion were way over baked.

From the East Coast, so I know a good bagel. The quality wasn't impressive. The bagels were so hard, they had to be a few days old. I had high hopes, truly disappointed. The bagels ended up in the trash.

I really like the bagels but for the love of god train your staff well. They move slower than lava. It’s really hard to go back and purchase more when I know the staff is not fast at all. Issaquah location

It was so loud in there from the music they were playing that we didn't hear them call our name for the order.

Great (pricey) bagel sandwiches, but terrible atmosphere. There’s some sort of machinery that steals and squeaks very loudly. It seems they try to cover it up with an even louder radio. Get your bagels and eat at the lovely little space behind the Mack Dim Sum.

Expensive and loud. Panera's is cheaper and Panera isn't cheap. Breakfast sandwich $5.80 at Panera v $6.95 Blazing bagels. Radio station plays so loud I it was difficult to have a conversation with my friends.
