Great cream cheese, some of the best I’ve ever had. The bagels are far too are hard, so we only go for the tubs of cream cheese.

I ordered a pizza bagel, onion cream cheese, pretzel bagel, and cold brew. The pizza bagel had a nice pizza flavor, was soft, and tasted great. I highly recommend the pizza bagel?

On the other hand, the pretzel bagel was very hard. It was okay for adults to eat with a drink, but it was too tough for a child, who ended up spitting it out.?

The serving times for the coffee and bagels were different, which was a bit disappointing. There was a gap between receiving the bagel and the coffee. And today it took long. The drink came out after I had eaten about half of the bagel.

Overall, the interior, atmosphere, and service of the staff were all great, but I was a bit disappointed with the hardness of the bagel and the delay in getting the drink.

Blazing Bagel in Issaquah is a gem for bagel lovers! Their bagels are always fresh, chewy, and perfectly baked. The variety of flavors and toppings is fantastic, and I especially love their sandwiches, which are generously packed and full of flavor. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always provides great service. Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast or picking up a dozen bagels to go, Blazing Bagel never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving a delicious bagel!

Love this place! There are many bagels to choose from, breakfast sandwich bagels, and lunch type bagels, and their fresh orange juice is so delicious. Our child loves to get a blueberry bagel and chocolate milk. I really appreciate them having early hours when many Issaquah breakfast places don't open until 10.

The service is prompt, it is clean, they have many options for a variety of dietary restrictions, and I love that you can get food to take out or eat there. I do wonder about the amount of trash I am creating when I eat there when it is always packed for take out - but I don't know if it can be helped.

Vegetarian options: Many sandwiches for vegetarians!

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly food options, and I appreciate that they have milk and chocolate milk. They were also very patient when my 5 year old practices ordering for himself.

Blazing Bagels is a Seattle staple. My wife and I used to drive to Redmond or Bellevue for our favorite bagels (better than anywhere we have tried in NYC) and we were thrilled to learn they were opening closer to our home in Issaquah. They have many great standard options, and also tons of customizable selections to make the perfect bagel for you. Friendly staff in a nice area of downtown. Highly recommend.

Service was quick and friendly. When they handed me the bag with my bagel, I was surprised by the heft- so much cream cheese, it was a spectacle. My order was over seven dollars, and when I saw the price tag, I realized I probably would never come here again given the price for a single bagel (6$??) with some cream cheese.

Ordered jalapeño and pepper jack, which was delightful, with the garlic and herb cream cheese. Garlic wasn’t very noticeable, you could only really taste the herbs and it was strong. the bagel was nicely toasted, but there was unbelievable amount of cream cheese in my bagel. I was using napkins in my car to scoop cream cheese out because there were parts where there was more cream cheese than bagel, and I couldn’t keep eating mouthful of what felt like just cream cheese.

Cliff notes: bagels are good, cream cheese is plentiful and oppressive. You’ll pay over seven dollars for a single toasted bagel and cream cheese.
