I wish they would make a special section on the menu for their vegan delicious Indian foods! We tried Baingan Bharta which is eggplant dish with rice, Aloo Vindaloo, Chana Masala, and Roti bread.

Bukhara is our favorite Indian restaurant in the area. All of their curries are delicious. During the pandemic we ordered from here about once a week.Unfortunately, lately they removed the options to have vegetables with the tikka masala sauce which means we will be coming less often as it was a favorite.

We ordered:- Kadhai paneer - Hands down the best kadhai paneer I have had in this area. But a bit on the oily sideDaal Bukhara - Not good. Would not recommend.Saag paneer- more like Palak paneer. Again a bit on the oily side.Garlic naan- good. Worth a shot.Laccha parantha- cold and chewy. Would not recommend.Complimentary pista ice cream - It was not ice cream , it was frozen cream? It did not melt even after 15min. Taste was bland. Had I known I would have returned it.Will only come back here for kadhai paneer if ever.

We went on a Saturday night and it was as crowded as it could be. The tables are pretty close so there isn't enough space. The food wasn't great. I found the breads to be too thick to be chewable and the gravy wasn't great either. Maybe I need to opt for some different dishes.

Cute place. It is Diwali so my friend and I enjoyed some Punjabi favorites. Paneer pakora that was light and fluffy, not dense and chewy. Veggie pakora which were equally delicious. Saag (if you say veggie, they add veggies instead of having plain saag), a chicken dish I can't remember and lovely garlic Naan. We did have to mix our own cocktails at the table which was different but still very enjoyable. I'll definitely visit again.

Spontaneously went in for the first time last night with my partner and have never had a better first impression of a business/restaurant. Staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The meal was prepared quickly and perfectly and was entirely delicious. Got to sample their homemade pistachio ice cream at the end and it was to die for. Definitely will be back and would recommend this to anybody looking for a perfectly made affordable meal in a nice atmosphere with welcoming people.

Absolutely incredible food. The taste and presentation made it some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had and I will be talking about this place.I’m sad I’m just a visitor and not a local, because I would for sure be a regular here if I could. Thanks for the incredible meal.

We had Aloogobi, Tikka Masala, Bhuna Curry, rice and garlic Naan. All were delicious. We will gladly go back.

The food is 5⭐ the service is 2⭐ We saw our waiter when we ordered, when he gave us Togo box, and when he demanded we pay. (Like we are not just sitting here waiting for you dude). The woman who constantly refilled our water did not speak any English, as I was trying to order something I forgot when waiter left. But, seriously the food was fantastic.

We've been eating at Bukhara for several years, and it has always been good. The restaurant recently when through some changes, but all have been for the better. Since they reopened, our last couple meals have been truly outstanding. There are many excellent vegetarian options, the naan is perfect, and the draft beer selection is very good. The black lentil and kidney bean dal is the best that I've had since Dishoom in London. Prices are very reasonable, service is friendly, and this place is a true gem.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We were seated very quickly, and waters were brought out immediately. While looking over the menu we were served a small salad, papadum with 2 sauces. Not once did we need to ask for water refills as is seemed there was always someone ready with a pitcher the moment your glass was empty. They made no fuss about having to answer questions about what the different foods were. We ordered the chicken Tiki Marsala (level 3) and the chicken tandoori. Garlic Naan was also ordered (the best Naan in my opinion). At the end of the meal a small dessert was offered that was the perfect ending to our meal. We will definitely be back.

Although Seattle is blessed with an abundance of good Indian food, Bukhara is a step or two above any of the many I have eaten in over my 28 years living I this area. Added bonus is that it’s only 10 minutes from my home. Every dish we tried was truly outstanding. From the papadam to the yellow lentil daal to the vindaloo and the the tikka masala, it was all perfectly cooked and seasoned with a flavor profile that hit the mark. Everything was fantastic, and so fast my that it cost me a belt loop:). Service was great and the staff was friendly and truly interested in making sure we had a great experience. I’ll be returning whenever I have a hankering for Indian food or want to impress an out of town visitor. This place is the real deal, so if you’re looking for flavorful Indian food, put this place In your GPS and start driving!

We had a summer picnic on 9th July and ordered food from Bukhara. I personally connected with Mihir & his brother once we placed the catering order. Here is my feedback:1) Value for money - they quoted an offer that was way better than others2) Food taste was awesome. Each items were cooked very nicely and the taste was as appropriate3) Excessive quantity - they have delivered food at least for 5-8 more people than we ordered4) Outstanding experience throughout including the way food was delivered right on timeOverall comment - Highly satisfied and definitely recommend.

The food is so so good. I love coming here. It is great to order multiple dishes and a few naan breads and share. The coconut curry, saag paneer, are really good. Lamb is great. Definitely the type of place that you will want to come back to and try different dishes.
