Never have I been at a burger king where they would not give you a small side of tartar when asked. Manager was rude and said they couldn't do this. Other service rude as well. Whatever happened to have at your way, this was a horrible experience

I just want to say that I love burger king. It has been my favorite fast food stop since day one.
But man, this location is not good. Every side order is stale and barely hot. The order modifications are always wrong. I get excited when they bring back new items like the mini cinnamon buns, only to get sad when they forget the icing....
The only thing that keeps me coming back is their collabs. I wish there was another bk in this area. This one is not it. Sure you get the food quick but your getting stale food and a lack luster experience. Please give your business down the street to the Jack/Box or MickyDs. They honestly deserve it.

Was craving their whoppers and when we got them they were luke warm. Barely any lettuce on it either or condiments. We decided we're going to Jack N The Box from now on. They are always hot and taste fresh there.

Usually I wouldn’t bother writing a bad review. But I just went there and they didn’t give me one of the two meals I ordered. I didn’t notice until I got home. It’s not worth going back. I just won’t go again. The last time about a month ago they left out a chicken sandwich too. Make sure to double check your bag. Or you’ll be chickenless in Issaquah. The picture is where my 12 piece chicken fries should be.

This location is sadness. After calling to inquire if they had kids meal toys and getting confirmation that they did, we received a cookie instead of a toy, overcooked nuggets, and they were out of cherry syrup for the freestyle soda machine.
Ignored at the counter for them to end up getting the order wrong in the end after I had already driven away.

The women who took are order was a delight.. food was quick and fast. Only reason why I'm giving three stars is cuz the short black haired kid in the tan shirt wear the head set on his neck for no reason.. kept on touch the stuff with the gloves he has on including himself.. I've worked in fast food and that's CROSS-CONTAMINATION. plus the gel in ur hair u shouldn't be wearing a headset. Also, don't get on to the front counter women. She was doing her job. 5stars if he gets more training and that's being nice ☺️

This location was an absolute disappointment. I had a classic chicken sandwich and it was swimming in oil. The nuggets I ordered tasted like they were fried in old oil and some of them weren't completely cooked. I will NEVER eat here again. Yuck 🤮
