I literally went here because I googled "giant burritos near me" and this was the result that came up. They do use huge shells, like the burrito should be huge, but what I got was a deflated tube sock. Either I caught them on a night where they were skimping on fillings, or they pay Google for promoting their searches. The food tasted pretty good, but SUPER disappointing.
Gave me no sauce with my order gave me the wrong order I ordered black beans there’s a total of 12 beans no sauce on the inside of the enchilada and extremely cold even though I got it through the drive
Bathroom had fecal matter on the toilet paper container. Food was burnt and tasted like it was sitting all day. Chips where old and stale. I asked for some fresh chips and the cashier just gave me the same chips. Place was dirty. I came here for the first time 5 years ago and had a great experience. This time I will not come back to this location.

What happened to this location??? I have been away for 6 months excited to grab a burrito and wow this place has gone downhill! Food wasn't nearly as good, queso was really runny, tortillas were tough and chips stale. More importantly though the dining room was almost completely empty and NOT ONE REMOTELY CLEAN TABLE! WTH!!! Floor covered in trash, liquid everywhere with the floor slippery. Absolutely disturbing and completely disappointed.

Servicing sizes didn’t match the price the serving sizes was so small and it wasn’t so tasteful. Don’t think I will come
This location was HORRIBLE. We were really hungry but seeing the food immediately gave us pause. ALL the sauces had a thick top layer on them, as if they’d been sitting open for hours. The black beans were like soup, the chicken was bland and rubbery, the lettuce was definitely not fresh, they ran out of sour cream and didn’t know where more was so they scraped the old container clean to give us enough, and to top it off, the staff really didn’t seem to even know what was going on. We should have just left but felt committed to paying once the guy started dishing up our food. My wife and I have agreed to never go back to any Cafe Rio again because we’ll never be able to think of their food without nearly gagging after this experience.

As I planned an excursion out west, I was excited for my visit to SoCal so I could nosh on some Cafe Rio. So when I stopped over in Issaquah to visit family, I was over the moon that there was a Cafe Rio there. They did everything right, the facility was clean, and the service was solid. No complaints and they inadvertently helped me check off a foodie-item list earlier than I expected. Thank you!
