Got there at 10:45 for opening on my lunch break and they were 6 minutes late opening the doors and then I get inside and they continue to take their time to start peoples orders. If the store is scheduled to be open at 10:45 then then store should be ready orders at 10:45 not 11:00am
App ordered at 8:30 showing pick up time 8:40. Received food at 9:05 but it was marked ready at 8:40.
Staff kept ignoring my question while I wait. Food was salty and missing items. Had to show my receipt to get my items back.
Awful store experience, awful working attitude. Lied on app. Finally NO apologies at all. Will not come back.
Update- Responding to the reply. I did reach to Pepper your automatic customer service bot. It kept saying not able to process my request. The last message it says to me is not able to process and good bye.
I was nervous based on reviews but had a good experience during lunch today. Decent portions and quality of ingredients, my only note for improvement was they were out of white rice, almost out of black beans at the counter.
Worst service I’ve ever encountered at ANY place. We came in around 4:50ish on April 17. We got charged for extra protein when we didn’t want the extra protein but because someone didn’t speak English and didn’t understand. There was 2 people behind the counter making orders, one didn’t speak English and the other girl had a disgusting attitude and on the larger side. The one who didn’t speak English took my order and I asked for sofritas then literally a second later changed my mind and said I wanted chicken instead repeatedly, and repeatedly said please no sofritas as she was scooping it and she proceeded to put sofritas in my bowl along with my chicken. I said whatever, since she can’t understand me and continued. Then the other lady took the other bowl and honestly don’t know how to describe her other than heavy, dark short hair and had the nastiest attitude towards us. She got annoyed because we asked for the keto bowl we saw on door dash and she said very rudely, “NO, make your own” we then were taking some time looking at all the options making sure we got what we wanted and even rolled her eyes and moved on to the next guest before our bowl was done. The lady asked repeatedly about “white or brown” getting more annoyed each time when we answered no rice on both our bowls. And when she took our payment we tried explaining we only wanted one protein on the one bowl and her coworker didn’t understand us and the heavy lady said “well it doesn’t matter you got it you pay for it.” And rudely charged us for their mistake. The lady who didn’t speak English wasn’t the problem she was just not knowing what was happening half the time, the nasty heavy lady is rude to so many people including the one in front of us trying to rush customers and have horrible experiences both infront and behind us. We paid 32 for two bowls with no rice on both and no beans on one so our bowls were half full and paid 17 for one which is insane since we are definitely not paying for any special experience.
Worse customer service I've ever seen at a Chipotle. I asked the person working if they can add just a little more cheese and with a smirk, grabbed over twice the amount of cheese and threw it on there. They asked me if that was enough. I said that's way too much cheese a d they didn't care. Asked if they can remove the extreme amount of cheese and didn't do it. They tried to wrap my burrito and it tore in half. The solution they offered me was putting it into a bowl. I said no, I want a burrito. They then offered me another tortilla instead. I asked them to remake it and the person helping just wrapped up a single tortilla and aggressively slid it across the whole counter and wanted me to do it myself. The cashier then tried to charge me for tortilla. Person in front of me was given a hard time too complaining that they are not making their bowl right.
I do not recommend coming here. I will be contacting corporate. If you look at the most recent reviews in the past two months, this is a common trend.
Delicious and a go to, but they don't have a lot of seating and it seems to fill especially around lunch or dinner.
Way too over priced, why I am being charged $2.75 for a jello cup size of queso when I originally wanted it on my food not in a cup. I only asked for a cup because they’re rushing and not listening and I said multiple times I wanted queso on my actual food and finally just said forget it it put it in a cup and I’ll pour myself. Not knowing it’s an actual price difference smh and no one tells you until you read your receipt. SMH
They provided maybe 3 people’s worth of meat for a catering order of 10. Plenty of rice, very little of anything else. It was the triple order as well. I highly discourage all readers from choosing Chipotle as a catering option. I had to run over to Costco to order some pizzas as a back up.
Friday evening, 3/28/25, 645pm PDT - this location has completely run out of vegetables! Simply amazing that any food service establishment can run out of such a simple and popular item DURING THE WEEK LOL
Oooh, also, not one of the like 6 employees with knowledge of this even offered as much as an apology for being so woefully unprepared.
Bet Del Taco has veggies, bet EVERY other restaurant is fully stocked and prepared for Friday night and even the upcoming weekend.
Not this Chipotle, tho. Go somewhere else l, this place is trash.
Ingredients are all good but don’t order take out or delivery, they’ll probably give you a smaller portion, especially if you asked for anything extra/double you won’t get extra

I recently went to get chipotle after work and when I picked up my mobile order it was completely messed up. I had ordered a bowl with a bunch of items, and then when I went to eat it all that was there was rice chicken and some veggies. This has also happened to my friend at the same location. When I tried to call them to find a solution it rang for 5 minutes and no one picked up. I love chipotle but this experience has ruined it.

Ordered lots of different things for big family get together. All food was marked with individual's name, so no guess work on what goes to who. Food is good for fast food. Even a bit better than expected. Food ready when went to pick up. Very easy. The app is easy to use. The only bad is unable to pay with card. Only Google or Apple pay ( can't remember options, but not able to pay with regular credit card/Visa etc.) That was a bit obnoxious. Other than that, good experience.
