They employees were very rude they stood around playing clash royal in the back while there was A 10 person line and when I asked if there was steak and then they came out with 4 nuggets of steak and made me pay 4 dollars extra

I am sooooo tired of wrong pick up orders! I've seen other people with the same problem with this place and it's so frustrating! The labels on the items were correct but they clearly did not even attempt get it right. They took my 1st order and duplicated it with the second and just changed the meat. This isn't being busy or making a simple mistake this intentional laziness. Nice work Chipolte, at least you're consistent.

Number one reason I’m writing this is because there was hair in my food. But also it was the worst bowl I ever had. Barely anything in it. There’s like no beans in it they put like 6 pieces of chicken on it and there’s very very little rice. I asked for extra lettuce and there’s more lettuce then everything else put together.

Love the burrito and bowls but every time I get chips and salsa the chips are very stale like they were out all night.
Clearly understaffed. After waiting over 20 minutes at 3:00 pm because there was only one employee who was just working the first station, they proceeded to give the smallest amount of guac possible, break my burrito when wrapping it, and then instead of double wrapping it dumped and squeezed the food on a new burrito, tossing about half of my food in the process. I’ve never been so disappointed in going to a Chipotle. Then we waited another 10 minutes to pay for our food because there was no one staffed at the register.

Favorite fast food place ever Don’t mean you gotta charge me $4 extra for half and half steak and chicken. You get paid $24 an hour and even then this $4 isn’t even going to you 😂 this ain’t ragebait this is straight up horrible service. One time though I ordered steak but I was debating on getting half chicken half steak and I said half chicken after the lady already got my steak which I didn’t think to be to much of a deal but it don’t mean you gotta charge me extra when I genuinely ordered half and half this time. I bet I’m not even getting no compensation or anything and I’d come to this chipotle like 4 times a week. All mediocre service at best besides the guy who got my half and half today he was cool

The prices are ridiculous now. My wife and I got a bowl, a burrito, and a soda — $30. The Coke machine was out of Coke and Diet Coke. We told the cashier, they said they’d “tell someone.” We finished eating, checked again — still empty. Nobody bothered.
They also charged me $1.60 for a tiny side of salsa.
Portions are noticeably smaller than they used to be while the price of them have dramatically gone up.
I’ve liked Chipotle most of my life, but it’s getting to the point where it’s just not worth it anymore. Overpriced, under-portioned, and poor service. Do not recommend.

Last visit, they were out of guac and crema, this visit they were out of hard shell tortillas and Coke. Both HOURS before closing. They should change their name to ChipOUTle. Choose another store or restaurant so together.
