Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints! The ice cream was rich and creamy, and the mix-ins make it more delicious . I had the Birthday Cake —it was delicious and fun to watch them mix it on the cold stone. A sweet treat worth every bite!

With new ownership, this location in Issaquah is a wonderful place for a sweet treat. The owners and staff are friendly, efficient and take great care in creating your order. The ice cream, and condiments are always fresh, and the store is kept very clean and tidy. You can tell the owners take great pride in their store and product. A wonderful local business to support.

Stopped by this Cold Stone in Issaquah and had a great experience! The staff was super friendly and made sure my kids got their orders exactly how they wanted. The best part for them was being able to add all kinds of mix-ins, which kept them really excited. The place was clean and had a nice vibe, even though it was busy. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and craving some delicious ice cream!

Cold Stone Creamery in Issaquah is a wonderful ice cream shop that my family loves. The staff is always professional and courteous, especially with my kids as they pick out their favorite flavors and mix-ins. It’s become a special treat for us—my kids always ask to go there after baseball or softball practice.

Stopped by Thursday evening and experienced wonderful service from the blonde employee who was working. I have a nut allergy and let her know. She went above and beyond to eliminate any chance of cross contamination. THE BEST service I have ever had at an ice cream shop. Thank you!

The ice cream was fine. Service left much to be desired with teen workers on their phones and having to be called to the front when customers arrived. I was in there with my daughter and had to leave before we intended because “God is Fair, Sexy Nasty” was being played loudly in the store. The lyrics are inappropriate for an ice cream shop on a Saturday evening. The store is not family friendly, unfortunately. We will stick to the other local options from now on.
