Great cookies first time eating there great people super sweet

Delicious. The biscoff cookie is to die for, the butter cake cookie was too dry unfortunately. 10/10 cookies overall though!

0* if possible, worst customer service I have ever endured in my life, and they not only did not provide the item but also failed to provide a refund.

I was having an already bad week and wanted to treat myself with a Dubai Brownie, so I ordered through the app for delivery, and was informed it was out of stock. This is not a huge problem, I asked for a refund and was told it could not be processed, no substitutions or anything was offered, and the employee berated me to other employees so loudly I could hear it over the phone. I cannot overstate how mortifying it is to hear people talk about you and mispronounce your name as if you are some animal.

I am done with this location and beyond frustrated with what I had to endure. This employee was also rude to the poor DoorDash driver, which is totally unacceptable in my book.

I will be persuing a refund through my credit card and telling everyone I know to avoid the location. I cannot believe that this is modern day America, and a company that will charge a premium per item. At least have the good sense to be apologetic and kind at this price point.

While the store was clean the staff did not great anyone that was in the store until after orders were placed. The Carlotta dessert is not made properly. It is being made with half the filling it calls for, no cookies layered in the center and just crumbled cookies on top not the streusel it calls for. Very dissatisfying to drop into an out of town Crumbl to have a poor quality product.

The store was super clean with a cute interior. No seatings inside and outside.
We drove 35 minutes on a Saturday evening just to get our Crumbl fix…but bummer! The chocolate chip was sold out! 😩

The cookies are good and I’ll definitely be ordering delivery again.
But walking into a Crumbl feels like entering a TikTok-themed lab. The lights are blinding, country rap was blasting, and there were like eight oversized cookies just sitting out under glowing displays like they were rare Pokémon cards.
It doesn’t feel like a bakery. It feels like a cookie showroom run by influencers. Great taste, but I’ll stick to delivery so I don’t have to feel like I’m trespassing in a social media experiment.
