I made an order on the app to pick up at 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. However, when I got there at about 8:47pm, the restaurant was completely closed, lights shut off, and absolutely no one there. So, obviously, I didn't actually get my order and it's incredibly frustrating that it closes early for no reason. I've had something like this happen twice now! Honestly I like the food since it's Dickey's but it's so unprofessional imo to at least not cancel my order before they close

Not impressed. The meats we tried were so-so and the mac-and-cheese tasted like a bland powder mix. Only thing I liked was the potato salad. Too expensive for what you get. This was the second time we tried it, not interested to go back.

The only person there went outside for a smoke for at least 5 minutes and when they came back in hid in the back and missed a customer.

Not as good as it used to be. Pretty bummed out they don't serve waffle fries anymore. The new ones are not as good. Pretty expensive for what you get. Better off going to another BBQ place.

I got the ribs meal and it was honestly terrible to me I just hated how there was barely any flavor the sauce Didint really do much for it. Honestly disappointing the only half decent item I got with my meal was the sprite and beans lol.

It's chain bbq - which is gonna be an ok experience not life changing. This is a pretty good spot to get some meat, veg, and drinks. The meat reminded me of grilled meat but cooked low and slow, not very much smokey flavor or smoke rings. This is definitely not ideal, but their sides, drinks and speed of service was actually pretty spectacular. The texas toast definitely needs an upgrade, I was unsure whether it was buttered or not, it definitely had seasoning but it was dry toast with dried seasonings. The fries were an excellent and unexpected treat with the rosemary herb blend on them, and their bbq sauces were heated and pretty tasty. Definitely don't mind going back, and a few things here or there and it would be great, but for a chain this is pretty awesome.

Gave them a try with the reopening under the new management, and it's a dumpster fire. I got a two meat plate and received dry, chewy brisket and dry sausage that between the two portions barely exceeded 7 oz. They couldn't even be bothered to butter my not toasted Texas toast. A shell of it's former self.

I got the 3 meat plate.
Did pork ribs, pulled pork, & brisket.
I was really impressed with this place. Beans and coleslaw were good. Same with the sauces. Pulled pork and ribs were super tender. Only thing was the brisket was dry and chewy, so next time I’ll just do a 2 plate meat plate. But totally worth it for the other two.

Dietary restrictions: I would ask the manager about other stuff diabetes you probably would have more ideas on that cause obviously you have to check your blood sugar et cetera.
