Heard this place was good and went on a Sunday afternoon. They weren’t busy and we stood at the counter for 15 minutes and were never acknowledged so we left. Only thing I can say is that it looked clean
God bless Dickey's

Solid food. Whoever was working was awesome, saw I ordered spicy sauce and asked if I wanted to try the new spicy stuff they have. Recommend this place, I’ll be back.

This is the second time we had Dickey's BBQ, the first in Hillsboro, OR. It is very good. The restaurant is neat and tidy.
We had the 2-meat and 3-meat plates. There are twelve different sides to choose from! The coleslaw tasted fresh and not tangy.
We preferred if they put not just a single piece of bread, though, because there is so much meat.

This used to be one of our favorite places. We hadn't been in a while, because the location was no longer convenient. I don't know what happened in that time, but we decided to go out of our way one day and have lunch. It used to be that when we walked in to Dickey's we were greeted by the smell of smoked meats and BBQ sauce. It was a delicious smell. When we walked in this particular afternoon the smell that hit us was of burnt food. There is a difference in the smell of smoked meats and burnt meats. This smell was so offensive it gave me a headache. Nevertheless, we stayed and ordered our usual. Chopped and sliced Brisket and pork ribs. The meat did not taste smoked. Smoked meat is delicious. This tasted BURNT. Hoping it was just a one off thing, we tried a different location on another day. This time I ordered the chicken breast because I was so put off by the brisket that I didn't even want to chance it. I took one bite of the chicken and it tasted like licking an ashtray. Again, there is a big difference between smoked and burnt! If you've ever been cooking something on the stove and you accidentally burnt the bottom. That acrid taste that permeates the entire pot? That's what the chicken tasted like. None of us could eat it. I ordered a Cesar salad and received a pile of chopped wilted lettuce, brown on the edges. Didn't eat that either. I don't know what happened to the wonderful yeast rolls that they used to serve, but all we received were slices of dry bread. Not even buttered. I'm sad that one of our favorite restaurants has gone down hill. We will not be returning.
The people working there were very nice and gracious, but it's the worst BBQ I've ever had.
