Waited 15 minutes past my pick up time and was then rudely told it would be 10 more minutes. The three employees seemed entirely uninterested in helping customers, as myself and 2 other guys stood at the pick area and got ignored for 10 straight minutes. Tried to cancel the order and “they can’t.” Had to email some guy asking for a refund for food I didn’t receive and now I get to go back to work hungry with zero confidence I’m going to receive a refund and it * really* feels like Dickies BBQ pit just *literally* stole my money. So yeah. Thieves here. Avoid at all cost.

I eat Dickey's every week, sometimes twice a week. I love the original BBQ sauce, and the pulled pork sandwich is never bad! I had them cater my dad's celebration of life luncheon. They delivered promptly, and professionally. The food was delicious as always, our gests were impressed and loved it. Thanks for a wonderful meal!

We love Dickey's new owner, he is an involved owner. He actually works there to support his staff and meet his customers. The staff are friendly and work hard on pleasing the customers also. We will continue to support his business and wish him good luck.Our granddaughter love this place, and Sunday night is family night so with an adult one child meal is free.Kid-friendliness: The owner and staff go out their way to please the kids, working on getting the ice cream back,Wheelchair accessibility: All level with handicapped parking, and wide doors.
Dickies in Issaquah saved my birthday party. Our grill caught fire while we were preparing food for our 14 party guests...everything was ruined. So we ordered up bbq for 14 from Dickies and they delivered a delicious hot dinner for 14 in less than an hour. Even the "I don't eat vegetables" kids went back for seconds on the green beans they were so good. Thank you for saving my party Dickies in Issaquah!!Vegetarian options: Mac and cheese, green beans, fried okra, potatoes
