Probably one of the worst Domino’s order I’ve had my entire life. Where do I even start ?They charge me 18 bucks for pizza with six toppings. I asked for a pie cut. They gave me square cut. I asked for 6 toppings. 3 toppings were missing. I asked for normal bake. They gave me a well done bake. Pizza was dry to the bone. I’ve eaten cardboard that wasn’t as dry.I ordered 8 wings they gave me 7.The wings were over baked and the wings had splinters in them to the point, I wouldn’t have even fed them to my dog (literally) lava cakes supposed to have a liquid center but it feels more like stone brownies . Surprisingly the sandwich I ordered seems great. But I thought this was a pizza place ?Why isn’t dominos HQ shutting them down ?
I like the new location now next to Hobby Lobby. Easier to park plus bigger and nicer inside. As far as the PIZZA? What can I say? It's a FRANCHISE PIZZA JOINT. I used to love pizza but have grown to hate it (unless eating at Flying Pie Pizzeria on Front street...see my other review) as it just tastes blasé, cheap, etc. I do think Dominos implied from their 90/early 2000 decline but to me...it just tastes CHEAP. My daughter loves to eat dominos which is the only reason why I still go there...and at least their prices, especially in todays cost of living/inflation, are cheap as well. I don't mind paying more for a better quality pizza though...hence why I prefer getting our family's pizza at Flying Pie. If you want something to fill up kids bellies with little impact to your wallet..dominos is definitely the place. Just don't go there expecting to be WOW'd. You get what you pay for.

The pickup process was a breeze! The pizza however left much to be desired!! I ordered extra cheese on my cheese pizza and did not get that. It was also dry as if it had been sitting out for awhile so it was obviously not fresh. The pepperoni pizza had 10 large bubbles and some of the pepperoni was overcooked. This was a disappointing experience because I have had perfect pizza from them in the past. I will patronize them again with hopes that this atypical event was an isolated one.

Paid extra for Alfredo sauce, no sauce on pizza. Super light on toppings, multiple slices missing one of the 2 toppings I ordered. Staff is dismissive. Very quick but the store was empty with only 2 employees and no orders on a Friday night.

I have had delivery once and picked up from here twice and all 3 times my food was hot, fresh, and delicious as it usually is. The new pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread is onpoint. It's way to expensive to order delivery but not a bad value if u pick up in-store it's worth the short car ride to save $20 or more on the same order. Clean place as well.

I have to say I NEVER EVER thought I would be giving Dominos a Five Star Review but this is well deserved!Have to say we wrote Dominos off years ago after giving them several chances. I have to say, they have improved BIG TIME! The pizzaI picked up at their Issaquah location was over the top on par with any upscale pizza places we have been to! Something has changed and we will be back. The sauce, the crust and the fillings were 100 percent!

Don’t think I will be ordering from Domino’s again. They have managed to mess up my last 3-4 orders, including double delivery (and wanted payment for both), incorrect delivery and late delivery. The local store is great … their offshore telephone service sucks and cannot get it right!

Called in to order. Was told delivery was the only option. Placed detailed order for delivery. Was told “sorry you need to talk to the store”….was then transferred to the store and placed on hold. After a few more minutes, was told “we don’t deliver to you” and told to contact the Sammamish store. Contacted Sammamish store and they were closed. Disappointed and felt a lack of customer service. No longer interested in ordering from this company.
Worst Pizza I've ever been delivered. No cheese, pepperoni is burnt! I wouldn't even feed to my dog! Checks and balances, they don't exist. Way to go Dominos! Off to Poppa Johns!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had yet. I ordered three pizzas as well as twists for all 7 of my coworkers and I, and an hour later they still never delivered our pizza. I called and the lady decided to be a b**** to me. No refund, nothing, and never got our food.

I really hope that this location can turn its service around. We placed an order at 6:45, tracker said it was being prepped for an hour, called the store at 7:45 and got a very short/rude response about it being on its way, tracker said it was then placed in the oven? We call again at 8:15, another rude employee who said "I don't know, I'm clocking out. It'll probably be another 45 mins". We call at 9 asking for a refund for pizzas that never got delivered and was cut off by another rude employee who asked for our order number and then said "yeah. you'll get a refund" and hung up on us. We've worked in customer service and know it can be tough but this isn't right.

Delivery hours are apparently wrong. Been trying to order a pizza for work at around 10:15-10:30 for the past couple days now and every time it tells me that delivery isn't available. Otherwise haven't had too many issues with the new location, but it's hard to have issues if you can't order from them I suppose.
