I was hoping for inspired Chinese food - especially after reading the reviews. Perhaps we just ordered the wrong things, a noodle dish, braised green beans and Mongolian beef. Food was ok but I likely will not return. Nice family that runs the restaurant.

First time to Famous Kitchen, hunger level 3 out 5. Wanted something good -found it. Kitchen able to do a Mongolian chicken. Spicy is on target and flavorful. I like heat/spice and it did just right. Use to having broccoli with dish but the fried noodles were okay. Rice was perfect, curious if they offer brown. Ordered at the counter for dine in. Fast and efficient staff and food came out hot. Awesome, will be back for more sampling of the menu.

Really wanted to love this place because it’s so close to home. I ordered 1.5 pounds of BBQ pork and part of it was left over from day before, could tell from it being so dry while the other piece was ok. They clearly mixed in fresh and overnight ones together. Duck was good. Beef fried noodle was ok. The salted chicken fried rice was terrible though, no “wok hei” like they used fresh rice to make it so it was kinda too soggy. I ordered take out so I guess they felt...
