Fresh made burgers are the best. Ditch the fast food and grab a real meal here. Sweet potatoes fries are really good. Staff was nice, fast,and cooked perfect. Pleasant experience everytime here.

I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich. Bland. It was below avg to avg. The best thing was the fat fries. I wouldn’t have a repeat visit.

This place keeps disappointing. Their slow cooking time exceeds all expectations. But this time we chose Uber Eats delivery, and they messed up our order. Delaying delivery time for an hour, forgot to put cheese in the burgers, and the chicken burger with crispy chicken is impossible to eat. It was dry and overfried

We had not had a meal just little snacks for the weekend, this burger was much needed! We finally felt full! It was made right then and there so very fresh and warm. The location seemed a little under staffed for the amount of customers that started coming in, a lot of people started filling up the location as we were leaving. There was an old man who was kinda of rude to everyone, staff and myself, he also just hung out too close to where everyone orders so was in everyone's business. He was a customer so not going to hold that against the place, but made the experience a little uncomfortable. Would come back, just avoiding that guy!

Great burger and fantastic onion rings. The burger is well seasoned. Unfortunately i forgot to add cheese but it was still pretty good. The rings are thin sand crispy. I like how when i bite in the onion doesn’t get pulled out. It’s not the best burger I’ve ever eaten but it’s definitely better than most places. The service was pretty fast.

Office lunch: I ordered western burger with bacon, it was okay, little on the dry side. May be more sauce. The sweet potato fries had no flavor. They messed up our orders.

Not good, not busy and 40 minutes, vanilla instead of chocolate shake , just not the fatburger I'm used to. I Definitely do not recommended .

I have been eating burgers from here for years and I do not regret it at all. Burgers are yummy, fries are salty (just the way I like it), shakes are good, and more! people say quality dropped a lot, but personally I don't see any difference!

Fatburger used to be my favorite burger chain before moving to the PNW and discovering Burgermaster. I found out there was a FB in Issaquah while in the area so I decided to revisit it and also try the wings for the first time. The burger was great as always. The wings weren’t good at all. They were so bland I honestly forgot what flavor I ordered while eating them. The fries also tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. I know the potential of a a Fatburger when it’s well run so I won’t write the whole company off but not my favorite experience.

Consistency and quality has dropped dramatically and stayed this way for months. We tried being patient but this is no longer a fluke but a pattern. Not worth the money and it was always pricey anyways.

I think this is a service issue that has made the cost no longer worth it. Fresh, warm fries have gone cold and stale. It looks like they forgot to scrape off all of the toppings I ASKED for.

The photo attached is what the new normal has been for several orders in a row now. They have told me that THIS is worth $17 dollars! No!

Their milkshakes are pretty good still. Pricey but good. Whoever is in charge of that, thank you.

It's not sit down and give your order type of place. Order at the counter. They'll bring it to you. Burgers are good. Milk shake was average.
