Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

One of the worst experience ever at any restaurant. Had an online order , so when I walked up to the counter, I told the guy I had an online order. He just kept looking at me not saying anything, and then grabbed a bag and handed me the food. The whole time no words came out of his mouth. Super rude customer service. Food was also not great and cold.

There used to be more Fatburgers around and this seems to be the only one left in Washington. This place is soooo good. I stop in every time I have to head east from Seattle.

got my online order wrong, forgot to give fries and gave nothing instead, try burger and 40 dollars cost for missing food

Not good food quality. Didn’t even eat and left half of my meal. It looks and tastes like frozen burger. Fries were not good at all. Very expensive for what they are offering. Employees are very kind. First and last time.

Go somewhere else for dinner!!!
Went in for some wings, have always wanted to try as we pass it daily. Ordered half medium, half mild boneless wings with ranch. Menu says carrots and celery are included on all wing orders. (It’s not.) First of all, it’s $30 for 16 wings so I was expecting greatness. (They weren’t.) I did notice the kitchen was not clean. Waited about 10 minutes and got our wings. I had to ask for sauces we ordered because they forgot. They don’t serve carrots or celery with their wings anymore despite the menu saying other wise. Felt like that should have been brought up when we ordered. Took it home and opened it up and behold the soggiest, cold blobs of chicken and breading I have ever seen. We didn’t even get different flavors like we ordered. One half bite from my husband and I and I knew I had to take it back for a return. Will never come back here.

I love Fatburger! The shakes are amazing, and the shakes are even better. The Cajun Chicken sandwich is the best I've had in Washington. My only complaint is that the restaurant could be cleaner.

Third time coming here. 2 out of 3 times the meat of the burger is old or meat has been left out for too long. Not only could I taste it, the ground beef was complete dry and patty just fell apart. I got my order last night to go and didn’t have a chance to check the burger until getting home. Unfortunately I will never go to this place again nor recommend it. Quality of meat is horrible. Everything else was fine.
