Came here at 11am. Server has headphones in and was at grill. Took 3-5 min before he even saw us there.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with chili fries. The chicken sandwich was extremely thin and didn't taste good. The fries were luke warm. Would not recommend.

My wife ordered chicken strips and sweet potato fries. Those were terrible too. The chicken tenders seemed undercooked. The sweet potato fries were also undercooked and were nasty.

Just don't come here.

Ordered a turkey burger, chili cheese fries & a banana shake. Shake had no whip I asked for whip he looked at my door dash receipt to see if I ‘ordered’ that and I did. He goes to the back and comes back and aggressively puts whip cream on my shake. I ask for a fork for the fries. He says is this order mine I go yes obviously if I’m picking it up and showing you my name on the order. He said open it if it’s yours and see if there’s a fork. No fork he walks off and hands me 3. Condescendingly because I only asked for one. My turkey burger was so salty it could have been a salt lick. And it tasted very old. Milk shake tasted nothing like it did before. Poor service the man in the front is very rude if you don’t like people why work in food service?? Very disappointing. This was my second try at fat burger the first time the wings tasted like they were defrosted in the sink with hot water. Disappointing

Vegetarian options: The Impossible Burger is great! They forgot to label which was which, but otherwise there were no issues.

Kid-friendliness: I like that the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and there's no key or code required.

This place works hard to make everyone feel welcome and provide good food. I’m a frequent guest and have rarely felt otherwise. I’m a big fan of the fat fries.

Was working in the area and someone recommended me fatburger for lunch so I decided to go. Went in there a bit before 11am, the atmosphere was kind of sad, after reading the menu I headed to the register to place my order, there was nobody there, only the cook lady frying something; when I told her I wanted to order food she started yelling, calling for the cashier to get out. When the guy showed up, he was only wearing half his uniform and the bottom were some dirty shorts that looked like his PJs. I paid for the burger, eventually got it, all good and eventually was done eating. I noticed they had some signs for "new chicken tenders" which looked good....so I ordered some. I should have however paid attention to some red flags, 1. There was no pricing, they chicken tenders were not in the menu and it didn't say how many they give you. I ordered to go so I didn't check them in the restaurant but when I was gone, the only thing that I found out at that moment was the price when I paid, which was almost $10.
Few minutes later when I opened the box I was surprised, almost scared when I saw those chicken strips, they were over fried to the point that they looked like a leather strap and not only that they only put 3 in the box! So each tender was basically $3. I felt robbed, probably not going there again.

The burgers were good. Fries had no salt on them and the service was awful. All of the people working there were laughing and not paying any attention to the customers. The restaurant was extremely dirty.

Why would anyone put that much relish and mustard on a burger? You can't taste anything but those 2 ingredients. They did this with both burgers in my order, and then folks in my social circle confirmed that's how they come for them also. Employees were nice tho.

$30 for a burger, fries, and shake. The burger was dripping with mustard making it impossible to taste anything else. The fries were tough and chewy. The straw that came with the special chocolate chip cookie shake was too thin to drink the shake through and we were left w a pile of soggy cookie chunks at the bottom. Overpriced and nothing special??
