We were so delighted to once again be able to visit one of our favorite restaurants, now that Covid isn't such a factor. The food was truly top notch, with wonderful sauces and other fine touches. My halibut was cooked just right, moist and flaky, and my husband was thrilled with the seafood stew, especially enjoying the Black Cod in it! You won't find a better restaurant for the excellence of the offerings, and very pleasant low-key atmosphere. We were nicely welcomed and the service all evening was perfect. If you haven't been there yet, I hope you'll give it a try, and I'm sure you'll have a lovely evening!

Fins Bistro was an absolutely fantastic experience! The menu could not have been better as everything sounded amazing. The service was great and the food impeccable. Crab cakes, bruschetta, Paella (Large Portion! ), Miso Cod, Halibut, Mango Sorbet, and Cheese Cake.If you haven't been to this hidden wonder, then stop by ASAP, because you will not be disappointed.
I’m usually not big on seafood, but everything from the octopus to the scallops was delicious. The steak and crab cakes were amazing, too. Even though I was full, I couldn’t resist their dessert and ended up finishing it off - it was that good.

If you’re looking for a place that treats you like family, this is it! We have been customers here for the last 5 years and have had nothing but the most outstanding food and service. The staff feels like they’re a family and the rotating menu is absolutely superb. We have brought our small kids here and have always felt welcome, no matter the age! Now they’re 5&6 and they always bring something special to our table for them like an apple swan. We have never had a bad plate here, everything is curated to be excellent in flavor and presentation. Our absolute favorite is the key lime pie desert, even so much that we requested it for my birthday and the chef made a special pie for me to pick up. The butter cake was also to die for! This family is a dream team and we are so thankful to have found them! You won’t be disappointed

Their eggs Benedict are the best I've ever tasted. After we moved north it became quite far for us to go there for breakfast (40 minute drive) but we still come once in a while because we failed to find any other place making these bennies even remotely as good.Edit: the place was sold to another owner since my original review, and the Benedicts are not the same since then, which kind of defeats the purpose of driving that far.

Very nice and attentive staff! I ordered the tuna and while it was cooked to perfection, it was missing flavor. They served a bacon jam with it, but it wasn't my cup of tea. However, the dessert was amazing! I got the pound cake but it was more like a molten cake. So good.

The food here is excellent. They have a lot of creative and unexpected dishes. I highly recommend the octopus appetizer. The place has an upscale feel, but is still casual and unpretentious. If you're a seafood fan, I would definitely recommend it.
Took my fiance out for her birthday, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere and service was top notch! The food was fresh and delicious ?

We finally got the chance to check out Fins Bistro Issaquah last night. Let me tell you what...it was AMAZING!!! Not that I'm surprised though.Head chef Jeff Maxfield takes dining to a whole other level. It was hard to decide what to order. The entire stuff is wonderful and very attentive. We started with the crab cakes and truffle parm fries. Both were fantastic! Then for dinner we did the seared Ahi tuna and the salmon with crab. Oh man, all of the flavors went perfectly together. We finished with Jeff's special tiramisu...? Speechless!Do yourself a favor and check them out!!!

I had the Salmon. While Salmon was cooked well the sauce everything was soaked in was terrible. The staff asked how everything tasted and clearly didn't care for a non satisfying response.

My wife and our friends had a great time. Brandi was Great! She was very attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was good. The food was amazing. The Native Fry bread was great. You have to order it.Vegetarian options: There were salads and 1 main dish as far as the options go.Parking: There are places to park but very few in front of the restaurant. It doesn't matter. Park wherever and take a stroll down to the Bistro.

This has been a staple in Issaquah for many years. It is a true gem and one that always delivers a delicious meal with excellent service. They excel in seafood and fish. Presentation is well done. The ambiance and decor is fun. They are tied to the live theatre next door which can make it quite busy on nights there is a show. Make sure to make a reservation. This week we had Brittany as our server and she was exceptional and a blast. Everything was fantastic. They have large outdoor patio as well as an elegant indoor dining room. By far one of the best restaurants in Issaquah. The seafood paella was incredible!!!
