The employees are rude. We were charged for an extra drink we didn’t order and when trying to explain that to an employee she just ignored us and wouldn’t respond.

The waitress there would prefer to pretend being busy cleaning, rather than asking customers what they like to order. Tables are duty without cleaning.

They messed up my order - again. There was no boba in my drink although I'd paid for it. This is already the second time this happens - I can't go back to the store every time I'm halfway home

Unfriendly staff, make mistakes with reward calculations, cannot print out receipts most times and they don’t even try.

drink was good but my bubble waffle was wayyy over cooked almost burnt :( workers are very unwelcoming and have an attitude. its very uncomfortable to be in there to be honest. i do understand people have there bad days but acting that way in your work place is very unprofessional and not a good look. do better next time.

Very Rude and not a friendly environment. Service is very much slow. 4 and a half from 5 employees looks greasy and not well versed of grooming. What prompted me to leave this comment, is that I noticed the guy moved from making the waffles ā€œbubblesā€ and moving around from outside to the fridge and walking in and out of the bathroom and back to making waffles without washing their hands. I got my drinks and left. Lastly, the waffles they slowwwwwly make are just left on the dirty top counter. I will never come back here. Just 🤮 experience!!

The customer service here is nonexistent. I came up to the register and the cashier just looked at me and didn’t say a word. I ended up greeting her so that she could take my order. Greet your customers please. Reached out to their corporate and still waiting to hear back.
