To management:
Foods always good. Service could be a little friendlier and maybe a bit more hustle. When there's 5 workers standing around and 15 customers it doesn't look great.
Biggest thing I noticed: Maybe consider turning off the explicit, vulgar, and just plain ratchet music at what I assume is supposed to be a family-friendly boba shop lol
UPDATE: We only got two straws for all 4 of our bobas but they did...

Staff and food are great.
The owners really need to fix the front door. It's been some janky-looking "temporary" plywood thing for what seems like a year. And there's clutter/supplies stacked all over the public-facing areas.
Place could be much nicer with some basic upkeep.

The collab is cute and well done.
Got Jean's drink (oreo tea-puccino) with the cup holder.
Adjusted my sugar to 50%.
Don't care for the cream on top, but love the jelly and Boba combo ?
