Meh, Well, everything was disappointing. They closed down the nicer section because the waiter had gone home, and this was at 11 AM. The food wasn’t great either. I don’t expect much from IHOP, but it definitely felt lower quality than their usual.
$7 breakfast. French toast was amazing. Ashley gives outstanding service!

I'm a fan of pancakes and I've tried more than 10 IHOP restaurants all over the country. I've been to this store twice and the pancakes provided by this IHOP is the BEST ever! The pancakes are fluffy and the edges are crispy. LOVE IT!

I am really not a fan of chain restaurants but what sets this place apart from others is their customer service. Servers are very attentive and always smile, they are very welcoming and I truly appreciate it. Food is also great and fresh, decent prices and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Food was in line with what I’d expect at an ihop. The server seemed new and… very confused. The ambience was odd, its large but it was empty at what I assumed would be dinner rush, and yet despite a lack of customers it wasn’t very clean, both the table and bathrooms weren’t great. Not filthy but not clean either.
