We stopped here before getting back on the road. Restaurant was clean, efficient, and comfortable. Food was good, the coffee was fresh and our server was attentive without being weird. Will stop here again.

We have a number of cafe options in town and in the past we frequented the Issaquah Cafe. We dropped in yesterday for a quick bite, looking for a sandwich option which unfortunately we didnt see on the menu. I was told the new owners had removed the cold turkey sandwich option but the kitchen could still make it. Hubby ordered it and i asked if they could make a simple ham and cheese sandwich, and the answer was yes. So i was served a half sandwich consisting of one or two (hard to tell) paper thin slices of deli ham, lettuce and a half slice of swiss cheese plus fries. It was less than desireable as i was expecting real ham, the kind they serve in their omelettes and breakfast side. The price was $13.95 plus an upcharge for the cheese of an additional $1.50. Unbelievable. . We will not be back, that is unreasonable pricing or should i say price gouging.

This was my first time here. The food was really good, the service was friendly and courteous, and our order moved along quickly. The waiting area was very full, even at 1pm. We were surprised by that, but the waiting wasn't terribly long. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and plan to return.

First time there. Heard their rave reviews online with customers saying it’s a long wait on the weekends but worth the wait. Registered online to be seated before arrival. Only waited about 15 mins. The food was delicious, best pancakes ever! They said they home make their own pancakes and syrup. Tasty omelet, large portions. The lemon blueberry pancakes were delicious! Good coffee too. Everyone was friendly. Our waiter Andrew was very nice, informative and attentive and one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Highly recommend Issaquah cafe! We will be stopping next time we come through town. Also heard the biscuits and gravy with corn beef is excellent we will try it next time.

My husband eats here when he’s out here for work, and he wanted to bring me by today. I was WILDLY impressed. He told me it was a classic diner breakfast in a strip mall so my expectations were low, but this was so much more. Once you walk in the place is cozy and cute, plus incredibly clean and tidy, which speaks a lot to me. The staff were so kind and attentive. I ordered the half order of the biscuits and gravy and I might have to say… the best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever head. The biscuit was clearly homemade and incredible, and the gravy came in a side bowl which was a nice touch to avoid any sogginess. The bacon was FANTASTIC, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. I honestly can’t say I’ve been this impressed by a restaurant in a long long time. Definitely make a stop here!

Very cozy place and atmosphere. The wait to take the order was long although there wasn’t lots of people. The food was made and delivered fast. The food was tasty but greasy. I guess I should expect it when ordering biscuits and gravy with sausage. I’m not sure if I would come back next time.
