Inflation has hit Ivar's hard. Small portions for the price and the quality of the portions wasn't great. One bonus is there is a sides station where you can get as much tarter or cocktail sauce as you want.

Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping center and there is plenty of parking.

Was there a few weeks back getting standard fish and chips one night. "Lyle" was on duty. Wow. I can only assume that Lyle was high as a kite after getting an early start to the evening. Clown shoes. There's never a manager in site. Hopefully it wasn't Lyle.

The 5 piece fish (cod) & chips is my go-to dish. I have tried it at more expensive places and places with better service. The way they prepare the fish here is just the best in my opinion. The price is still not crazy.
