Just called in about placing an order to the incorrect location. Worker who answered the phone was very willing to help and gave me the Manager’s number. The Manager got my order over to the correct location and was very helpful and responsive in the process.
When I do order from the location, food is always hot and I never have to worry if my order is incorrect. Great Service!
There is a lady working Monday, April 28, 2025 at 9:50 AM She has the absolute worst attitude in the world, and you can tell she hates her life. If you don’t like people don’t be in customer service. If I was management, I would certainly look into this person. She is going to lose you a lot of repeat business.
The food was so greasy it went through the bag and left a mark on the floor of my car.
$4.73 (with tax) for a small fries is ridiculous. Such a pity, Jack in the Box was my favorite burger joint. I won't be going back.
Antonio gave us fantastic service despite us showing up with our drunk friends in the drive-through at 12:30 in the morning. The food was hot and yummy. We will definitely be back.
We did drive thru but looks like they just remodeled. Good service, fresh burger and veggies on it.
I went to McDonald’s on my motorcycle and they said they didn’t do motorcycle orders on drive-through, but when I went to the Jack-in-the-Box, they did it with no questions asked and good food
I ordered a large fry. I aksed for 1 ranch and was told I must pay for it. Um no. As a former employee, the first one is always free. You need to train your employees better. I'll be reporting this to the DM.

My favorite Jack. They always have my mobile order ready when I arrive and the entire crew is great. Manager is very friendly as well.

After going to the Burger King up the road, which was a complete disaster of a meal, I decided to go to Jack-in-the-Box. Service and atmosphere was fine, but once again the food did not match exactly what was being displayed. It lacked the level of stuff that is being shown on the board. I thought about returning it, but I was hungry, so I ate it anyway. It was an okay burger, but definitely no where near the corporate quality I have had and would expect from a Jack-in-the-Box.
I did however take advantage of their coupon survey offer off of the receipt to get an additional two jumbo jack burgers for the road (buy one get one free). The only problem was that cheese isn’t a part of the deal even though it is shown on the menu board as a burger with cheese. Cheese costs an extra .69 cents per burger; didn’t mention that on the receipt.
Overall, there is some improvement needed here in the form of food quality, which sometimes gets lost in the rush of quantity. Remember why you are different, as quality is a key factor in Jack-in-the-Box.

I use the app about 5 minutes before arriving in the drive thru. My food is usually ready when I arrive. My food is hot and I've already paid. This alows me to move quickly through.. provided another customer isnt ordering for their whole family the old fashioned way lol. I strongly suggest downloading and utilizing the app. You also get discounted offers and obtain rewards for free items in your account. Win win for everyone😁
