Jack n the box is becoming unaffordable. For the same price I eat better at IHOP or Denny's. You can eat even way more at McDonald's for a lower price.

Ordered a Jr jumbo jack with an egg on it. Received the sandwich with no egg. Instead of remaking it, like I asked, they just added the egg to the sandwich I only took one bite of. I saw no gloves on the hands of the person helping me.Also, the entryway and the hall to the bathroom are very greasy. I slipped 4 times coming in and out of the restaurant, trying to get my correct order. The person in charge only solution was to move the yellow caution sign closer to the door.

Drive though not 24/7. I've been through every weekend for the last month between the hours of 3am - 5am. Been served once. The other times. I either see someone hiding in the back. Not talking, or I get told they are on break so they aren't serving anyone.
