I’ve been to this Jamba two days in a row, love the smoothies, and the girls working there are super sweet and friendly. They do a great job making everything taste perfect. That said, both days my order got pushed back while others who came in after me received theirs first. Not sure what’s going on with the order system, but it was a little frustrating. Hopefully just a fluke, because otherwise the service and quality have been great.

We arrived just a bit past 8 PM, not realizing the store had closed. When we tried to open the door, the staff behind the counter responded in an extremely rude manner. Instead of kindly letting us know the store was closed, he scowled, appeared visibly annoyed, and knocked aggressively on the window to point to the hours. While I understand the store was closed, his approach completely ruined the experience and left me feeling unwelcome. There are countless more professional ways to communicate this, but unfortunately, he chose the most ungracious one. I will never be returning to this location.

Tried to place an order within 15 min of closing. App said no taking orders. OK drove over place an order in person at 7:52. Left at 7:54. Would have left at 7:52 if the app worked. If you're open till 8 then stay open till 8. Or don't but don't cause hassle.

Very cool staff who welcomes me and other customers as we walked into the store. I like Jamba Juice since college so Im a loyal customer; that's my bias. LoL!! I ordered the Aloha Pineapple (medium) after a hard mountain biking, but my go to is Mango-a-go-go! This is a great location with plenty of parking.

!!!!VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE!!!! We asked the sweet looking girl for the restroom code, only for her to sigh and become visibly annoyed. She refused to share her name with us, but had a thick Spanish accent. Regretted leaving a large tip. Jamba must do better since I love the smoothies but the service must improve.
