Young male told me he was closed and there's over 20 minutes left before his closing time. He is standing there like he's ready to take orders. This guy looks like he doesn't want to do anything before his shift is over. This was on 1/17/2021 5:37 p.m.

Wow, what a terrible experience, went there with an e-gift card, which apparently they were completely unable to scan, no other options offered either, apparently just expected me to pay and not use my gift card - sorry to assume o could use a Jamba juice gift card at a Jamba juice location...Pretty terrible customer service overall, definitely won't be back. Edit: received a rude message from a former employee - seems like unkindness is a theme at this place, if you want to be treated in a kind and helpful way, you should probably go to a different location.

Closed both times I've stopped by during normal business hours.

my encounter was so bad that i decided to make an account so i could tell my story! Absolutely would not ever go here again! over the weekend i ordered my smooth with peanut butter when i was going to workout the smoothie was wrong and i told the young man behind the counter that he messed it up and could he make it again. He let out a big sigh and grabbed the drink and threw it away, a couple minutes later he put the smoothie on the counter and yet again he made it wrong! at this point i was late and decided to forget the smoothie and get a refund and leave, i saw his name tag "kuvi" i brought my drink back to kuvi and told him he made it wrong again, he loudly announced to me that i shouldn't be getting a smoothie anyway and that i should loose some weight. i decided to leave so i didn't have to break this punks teeth. i want to like Jamba juice, but i just don't know anymore. I don't want any money back, i just want this brat to be fired so that location can hire more costumer friendly people.

Google says they close at 6. A sign at the location, on the counter, says 4:30. I went there at 3:45. They were closed. It doesn't sound like this was a rare occurrence. I won't try again.

I was there standing like an idiot soon as I get to customer service and ask for help the lady I assume puts up a closed sign and saying they were closed

One of the worst jamba juices i have ever been to. The first time no one was there even though they were open and the safeway employees were trying to make the drink for me but couldn't figure it out and then the girl finally came back. The second time, was today the employees name was Kuvi. He did not greet me i asked him how he was doing and instead of answering he rolled his eyes and asked what i want to drink. i ordere and he asked what size and while i was debating what size he rudely said "i don't have all day" i'm seriously disappointed in the customer service at this location and will not be back.

I didn't want to write this review because the young lady behind the counter looked like she was having a bad day, and I thought to just leave her be, but... I'm at the counter with my 2 young daughters. The lady at the counter takes our order. She's upset and angry, about something, I don't know what, and begins throw around, toss violently the juice and ingredients into the blender. At one point she used the word "freakin'. Starts banging the blender on the counter. And then, when she's done with the juice, tosses it into a cup, and literally throws the blender from where she's standing behind the counter, into the sink. One blender after the other (3), followed by the lids. Threw! Now, I didn't want to write this review, but when she threw the blender, some of of the juice from the blender flew straight onto my 4 year old daughter, soiling her clothes. Not cool. My daughter is fine. Her clothes are fine. The juice was great, but this young lady's actions were not.

Great service, friendly staff, and the açaí and nutty almond butter bowls are both delicious.

The convenience of having a Jamba Juice made for you while you shop at Safeway is such a great benefit. The one downfall is that the hours displayed don't seem to align with the kiosks actual hours of operation. I really want this place to be successful because it's much closer than the main store that's located in the other part of town. The staff is mainly young kids working part time and for the most part they do a decent job of keeping up with the inconsistent volume of people. My concern is that there doesn't ever appear to be a manager helping run the show or available for assistance. I don't know if they share a Safeway manager but I strongly feel this is something that needs to be fixed. I feel bad for the teens that get overwhelmed when they can't break change or they run out of stock and they are scrambling to make the drinks.

We like and appreciate the consistency of Jamba Juice for all those who don't really care for franchises. The employee named Kuvi helped us and accommodated all of our food and allergies. He even scraped the Oreo cream out of the cookies to reduce our son's lactose allergies inside the cookies and cream drink. Way to go above and beyond young man. Keep up the great work!

I love Jamba juice

I've tried coming to this location 3 times when it is during their posted business hours and it has been closed each time. With bringing toddlers with me, it is incredibly inconvenient and I will not be coming to this location again.
