The older man with the glasses is so kind and welcoming, meanwhile the omega white dude slicing bread so obviously hates working there, if you’re going to give every customer attitude when you work then what’s the point? Frankly I just want a sandwich and don’t care about how doggy your work life is.

It’s not just me either, he was so unnecessarily rude to the guy ordering in front of me, and to my coworker who went in recently to get herself some food, and she’s the nicest person I’ve ever met.

Dude shouldn’t be customer facing lol.

I stood patiently in line, ordered a sandwich, picked a bag of chips, poured my own drink, asked for napkins and while paying was prompted by software to tip. I added a small tip and ran contactless payment. Then, the clerk tilted the tip jar at me and asked for an additional tip. What the heck; I wait on myself, serve my self drinks and bus my table as requested by posted signs. Why would customers be expected to tip for no service? No frills fast food for me is to avoid all the extra charges and costs for plush decor. Tired of being guilted into tipping for nothing…

The Manager went above and beyond as it was my first time. He explained the history and the Jersey version of a sub. He gave me an extra wax-lined wrapper to put on my lap since I was driving. Hope I can find one in my area.

Love Jersey Mike's always. Their subs have the best meat and toppings. I have had both cold and hot subs. But today I learnt they also do sub in a bowl (meaning no wrap or bread). Thats cool. Their price is slightly high but given that you get more for your buck in terms of quantity and quality, I am ok with that.
This employees in this location seemed to be stressed out. Their online orders take precedence over people waiting in line. I guess they had a time ticking on those orders. That's the thing I don't like. We are people too not just your online customers. Please look into this. Thanks.

Love our jersey mike's in yakima!! Never had a bad sandwich and they always get the order right. All sandwich items are fresh, prices are good.

They did not call out online orders during lunch. I sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for my food when it was on the counter and they helped other guest's. Poor and slow communication. Sticking to the sammamish location. Screw this location!

This place is typically super slow. It was so much slower to have placed an online order. Waiting part of my lunch break due to your lack of communication skill is infuriating. Please do better!

They were extremely busy. The team was working pretty hard to get through the orders but they looked overloaded. They were friendly.

No fault to the team, JM's ordering system is really problematic. I just avoid using it.
