The service is very poor. I want to go to the bathroom first. He asked me to order first.

Rude worker named Dusty, made my sandwhich wrong which is fine wtv no problem..but when I called about it just to let them know cus it was too late to go back, she had a lot of attitude. Guy at the check out counter was hella nice tho!

There was a big storm last night, and our dinner delivery was delayed—DoorDash hadn’t even picked it up yet. Alberto personally took down my number, contacted DoorDash himself to make sure the order was on its way, and then called me back with an update. That level of service is so rare and truly appreciated. He went above and beyond—someone give this guy a raise!

Absolutely top-tier customer service. I always ask for extra extra pickles and olive oil and vinegar on the side for delivery, and they always follow through.

Had really really good customer service at this place from the 2 guys Max and Zander I really think these guys should get a promotion.

Had a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and gave me good recommendations. I had a Turkey/Provolone Sandwich on a whole grain bun. Giant size sandwich is enough for 2 meals 👍

This has the worst order online and pickup that I’ve seen. What’s the point of ordering ahead when it’s never ready or even started by the time you get there 😣

Been waiting here over 15 minutes as a delivery driver. They prioritize the walk in customers who stand in line AFTER the online orders come in. Shame on this behavior.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: another typical, dismissive owner response. I can see the pickup DUE time on my end as well. I always inform staff of the order name and they immediately reiterated it to the other staff members. They simply neglected it in favor of walk-in customers for over 15 minutes straight with no sign of preparing it. Train your staff about this. Customers are happy to wait if you inform them that there are online orders that need to be prepared first. It’s simply a matter of fairness.

I bought a # 17 Philly steak with all the trimmings the staff was superb.. I didn’t mind spending my money there… I will be back ., probably tomorrow
