I had Jimmy John’s for lunch today. The food was great and fresh, I’m very happy with it. I wanted to come on to comment on one of the food prep people, there was a pretty, young, blonde woman in the line who had a bad attitude and actually said a pretty nasty smart mouthed comment to a firefighter who asked her a question. I hope her day gets better and she’s just having a bad time. However, reading the other reviews, this person has been at this a while and nothing will be done. Fingers crossed she gets some help with whatever is going on

I'm usually not a reviewer for places like this because I get it, it's low wage, low motivation... however... In this case I'd just like to bring some attention to the front cashier woman who was snippy and blatantly passive aggressive when I came in to pick up an online order...(during a not busy time, no other patrons in the establishment)...I haven't been here in a long while, so when I hadn't seen the sign for where the pickup location was initially, (usually a long one side of the prep area)... within 3 seconds of turning around to check the register, I was quickly and passive aggressively directed to the piece of paper on the till saying order pickup, as well as a small addition on the main sign that blends into the order board. (Not obvious to those who order ahead, or who enter from a side door)
I'm not sure if she was having an off day but her tone and verbage was uncouth and uncalled for, for such an insignificant enxhange.
If this order pickup misdirection is problem enough to incur passive aggressive exchanges between staff and customer, id strongly suggest adding a sign for patrons at the side entrance that indicate order pickup is at the register. Instead of relying on a piece of printer paper and a blended in sign above eye level.

Generally enjoy the food. Seldom do I get stale bread from this location and the actual JJ staff is friendly and quick.
What I HATE is when they contract with Uber for food delivery. It completely tanks your business model to contract out like this. You cannot control the quality of that experience. Uber adds about 25 minutes on to the delivery time. Every. Single. Time.
I might as well go get it at that point.

Never have I had an issue with jimmy jonhs always quick about everything and I get it send the shift I used to work at Jimmy John’s so I know when you’re closing, you have one person working in the line one at the register people stocking but they had one person register. One person working the line and I know it was end of the day so she didn’t seem like she was in the best mood and I get it but didn’t ask for my firecracker wrap to be cut and half and my husband‘s sandwich was so soggy and filled with oil that it was basically leaking and dripping everywhere when we opened it, so that was kind of disappointing. I forgot to grab my brownie lol but I was taking a bite of it and I’m glad she couldn’t have because when I took a bite of it I was like why is it so hard to bite the piece of paper so I don’t know how they missed it so I’m afraid to say I won’t be going to that one anymore

Order 4 sandwiches and got them quickly, only issue is that 1 of the sandwiches was wrong. I told them no condiments (mayo, mustard, etc.) there was, it wasn't for me, my mom didn't want them on her sandwich. Just a plain sandwich, meat and cheese..

All the angy boomers in these reviews are hilarious. Staff is casual and definitely yap but this is a casual sandwich place. They have fast service and they upgrade my drink size sometimes just because I work nearby. Love the vibes. Keep on keeping on, heck them Karens. ?

I've been a regular at this particular Jimmy John's location for a while now, and it's been consistently impressive. The food is always spot-on, but I have to admit, their Gargantuan sandwich has a special place in my heart (and stomach). It's massive, packed with flavors, and although I probably shouldn't make it a habit, I find myself ordering it EVERY TIME. It's just that good.The staff here deserve some praise too. They've always been super kind and friendly during my visits. I've always believed in treating people with kindness, and it's great to see that when you do, it's appreciated and reciprocated. It makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.For anyone looking for a quick, tasty sandwich, I'd definitely recommend this Jimmy John's location. Whether you're a fan of something as hearty as the Gargantuan or prefer one of their lighter options, you're in for a treat. The combination of good food and pleasant service makes it a standout choice.

7pm, and the signs are all shut off like they are closed(9pm). Sandwiches are done but rude disposition guy at front counter said he will bag them up in a minute. Most of the dining room is shut down, and blocked. Very uninviting. I remember a day when people greeted you at establishments such as this, and didn't act like you made thier life hell by making them do there jobs. America is in trouble, and it's only going to get worse with this next generation of entitled goobs that are always looking to see where they have been slighted. They also added tomatoes to a wrap that doesn't have them, and didn't put on the crispy jalapeños that was suppose to be on the wrap. I would be livid if I managed this location. We go to the one by our home all the time. Always a good experience.

Closing early over a half an hour and just watching me want to come in to buy a sandwich is wild to me. If your going to close 8:30 or 8:45 maybe adjust that time.
