It's Jimmy John's, the food is alright but overpriced. It's better than Subway but not by much.
Staff are relatively friendly but need to start calling out names and verifying orders. I saw a teenager walk up, claim he was DoorDashing without showing the app and took an order. 5 minutes later another customer walks in and starts asking questions about what happened to their order. This lack of a system makes it too easy to simply walk in, pick up food and leave, especially if you wear a hoodie or facemask.

Giving two stars because I feel bad. They were pretty busy with a large order and a lot of online orders. Potentially under staff. With that said.. terrible customer service. Waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches. Staff was clearly trying the best, but the customer service was poor. Zero communication. The lobby was full of people and everyone was getting frustrated. Employees also seemed annoyed. I get it, I’ve worked food service. Tough days happen, but the lack of customer service left a bad taste.

I got a kids sandwich here and when we got home and opened it... it had like one scrap of meat. I weighed it on my kitchen scale and it was 20g or not even 3/4ths an oz of meat.

I just stopped by the Jimmy John’s in the Issaquah Highlands around 12:40 PM. I count 15 people waiting for their sandwiches to be made. It looks like three employees are fixing sandwiches. This is the slowest service I’ve ever seen in a Jimmy John’s. Somebody needs retraining.
