I just stopped by the Jimmy John’s in the Issaquah Highlands around 12:40 PM. I count 15 people waiting for their sandwiches to be made. It looks like three employees are fixing sandwiches. This is the slowest service I’ve ever seen in a Jimmy John’s. Somebody needs retraining.

I’ve been coming here for lunch since 2018 and have even had them cater events in the past—I used to love this place. Unfortunately, the service has steadily declined over the past year. Today was the final straw. An employee named Brandy was incredibly rude and unprofessional—completely lacking self-control or even basic customer service skills. When I reminded her that “tolerance and friendliness is the beginning of customer service,” she just typed angrily into the machine while processing my refund. Very disappointing to see such a drastic change in how customers are treated.

Spent $70 on a 18 sandwhich box at this place and regret it. Instantly am not greeted or even acknowledged when we walked in. First time we’ve been to this location; so we aren’t familiar where the pickup is. But after standing there and no acknowledgment, we had to look around for it. Would never come back here. Workers aren’t friendly and don’t even acknowledge you. Worst customer service. Would never come here again. Save your money.

They don't take order properly, put ingredients as they wish. Don't ask about toasting .
Avoid this place. They don't take your name or give you a number for your order, so different customers are 'accidently' taking each other's orders. My sandwich was taken by a guy that ordered 5 minutes before, while I wait for 25 minutes to get mine. I spent my entire lunch break waiting for my sandwich. Sandwich was the size of a hot dog 😡

I was passing through and needed to get something easy to eat on a road trip. I had the JJBLT it was so good. I didn't add anything to it. The staff was very friendly and focused. From order to getting my sandwich was literally only a minute. It was fast, fairly priced at about $11, fresh ingredients, and tasted delicious. I would definitely go again if I was in the area. In all honesty I would probably get two. 🙃
