7pm, and the signs are all shut off like they are closed(9pm). Sandwiches are done but rude disposition guy at front counter said he will bag them up in a minute. Most of the dining room is shut down, and blocked. Very uninviting. I remember a day when people greeted you at establishments such as this, and didn't act like you made thier life hell by making them do there jobs. America is in trouble, and it's only going to get worse with this next generation of entitled goobs that are always looking to see where they have been slighted. They also added tomatoes to a wrap that doesn't have them, and didn't put on the crispy jalapeños that was suppose to be on the wrap. I would be livid if I managed this location. We go to the one by our home all the time. Always a good experience.

Closing early over a half an hour and just watching me want to come in to buy a sandwich is wild to me. If your going to close 8:30 or 8:45 maybe adjust that time.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery and waited 45 minutes (I live about 5 minutes away). Eventually I called the location and they said the delivery is out of their hands because they use DoorDash, and that I should contact DoorDash to find my order. There is no way to contact DoorDash without having an order in progress and it wasn't registered to me in the app. The location voided my order and refunded me and sent another of the same sandwich - which also never arrived. They claim they have no way to contact the delivery driver or customer service. So basically, if you are a DoorDash delivery driver, this would be a great way for you to get a free sandwich because no one will ever be able to figure out what happened.

I tried order food for pick up yesterday (Saturday) at 6:30. Order went through. However within 3 minutes I was sent a text saying my order was canceled due to the fact they were out of food. How does a restaurant run out of food on a Saturday night at 6:30. Extremely disappointing. DO NOT VISIT!Update! I received an email two days later stating they were sorry and my next visit my meal would be free. So I let my son order something. Figured what the heck it's free. Yep, mistake! While they had his order they made it incorrectly. I did not and will not send a message. Figure what's the point. STILL DON'T VISIT!

Freaky slow. They warned me it would be a 10min wait, 25 mins later I'm getting my food, which was poorly made and obviously rushed. Something seems off. ~8 visible employees, but they are still unable to keep up with the online orders and walk-in requests. Why aren't they using the second sandwich prep station? This is the third time I've experienced a significant delay, which shouldn't happen at a fast casual establishment.
