“Shout out to the tall blondie working tonight! She was alone, with about 10 people waiting! She was extremely stressed out shaking, still smiling and apologetic. She was kicking butt even tho she may go home tonight and cry. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR DOING THIS TO AN EMPLOYEE. It’s a very nice day today so it’s a given the store would be busy. She has online orders coming in and people getting out of yoga next door. What this young girl doesn’t know right now but today she grew as a person and as an employee. However I’m super disappointed that I spend a good amount of money here each week and the company continues to under staff. Its unacceptable! Sweet Blonde girl working tonight, you did incredible tonight! With hands shaking you still smiled and I know you felt like today would never end. Tonight was not your fault by any means. “One of our frequent pitstops!Friendly staff, love the fresh juices and smoothies. My favorite is Mango-go-go and Watermelon juice which came in as a summer special.Plenty of parking options!The only time, I was disappointed was when I came in after a long summer drive and they were not taking any orders as they had plenty of online orders. That was disheartening to drive all the way to the store during regular hours to find out they are not serving! It happened only once so I keeping coming back here being hopeful!“

“Timeless Tea is a true hidden gem in Issaquah! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, modern, and inviting — a perfect spot to relax, study, or catch up with friends. The interior is cozy yet stylish, with just the right mix of comfort and charm.

Their menu is where things really shine. The boba tea options are extensive and thoughtfully crafted — I tried the brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was one of the best I’ve had in the Seattle area: rich, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced. The boba pearls were soft and chewy, just the way they should be.

But what really sets Timeless Tea apart is their dessert selection. We ordered the souffle pancakes and a slice of mille crepe cake — both were phenomenal. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and topped with just the right amount of sweetness, while the crepe cake was delicately layered and melt-in-your-mouth good.

Service was fast and friendly, and the staff really seemed to care about making sure everyone had a good experience. Whether you're a boba lover, dessert enthusiast, or just looking for a cute café to unwind in, Timeless Tea is a must-visit.
