The rice for poke bowl is 95% cooked, the core of rice is a bit hard. The spam musubi rice is 70% cooked. I did found the same feedback about rice not being fully cooked in previous reviews.

The employees were nice, but I have had poke at a number of different restaurants and this is by far the worst I have ever had. There was practically no flavor. The fish products seemed to be of good quality but the sauces were terrible. It gave me a burning sensation in my mouth from the spice but other than that it was like I was eating water and I got the spicy tuna with spicy aioli and eel sauce. I absolutely do not recommend.

This place used to be amazing! In the last few visits over the past 2 years, it has gone downhill. Noticeably Downhill. Tonight they had no tofu, the corn was frozen still, and the pineapple was almost white with zero flavor. The offerings seem to be limited now too. No sweet potatoes, no jalapeños, and no mangos. I was truly disappointed the last time I was there a few months ago, but even more so tonight.

Food was awful! The rice I was given, a bunch of it was very hard and felt like I was going to crack a tool. I think they tried to serve an old batch and the workers were lazy to cook something fresh. Had to spit out my food and couldn’t finish. avoid this awful spot!!!

Always pleasant service and has all ingredients available. Only giving 4* because the prices have gotten ridiculous these days, you could easily spend close to $25 on a large bowl after a few add ons and alls said and done. But the quality is still great!

Really yummy. I had the creamy scallops, ahi tuna and shoyu salmon. Definitely not cheap, but itll fill you up and is good protein.

Just Poke in Issaquah (by REI) is one of our favorite lunch spots! My wife and I meet here often, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The service is great, and I love that you can add extras if you’re feeling a little hungrier and want to make a bigger meal.

We always go for The Big Island Bowl, and it never disappoints—freaking delicious every time! If you’re into poke bowls or just want a fresh, satisfying meal, I’d highly recommend stopping by. It’s always a great choice!

Overpriced and tastes bland

Office lunch, my order was rainbow roll, half salad and half brown rice, it was plain at first than my coworker gave me his green sauce, not sure what is but it did make my bowl better. The fish tasted fresh, big slices of guacamole, and big scoop of imitation crabs (I think it was imitation). I also got spam Masubi, I was surprised that the spam was not salty which was good. My coworker got a sear scallops, I had a bite, they used medium size scallops and it did not taste fishy. It was tender and not over cooked.

Walked in here the other day and saw their tuna was gray, and walked right back out the door. Not something you want to see when dealing with raw fish!

Just a heads up to everyone ordering online- their food safety rating is “ok” which according to King County food safety guidelines means that they have had SEVERAL unsafe food handling practice over their last inspections. This is the lowest tier they can be before having to be closed down for safety improvements. Buyer beware! ?
