If you want consistency, then come to this location. They consistently mess up my order.
I do mobile app they cancelled the order because they are very busy when I get inside to ask they are so rude
They're usually pretty good and I never like get my food wrong. But the only thing is is I always order a large mocha frappe everyday almost everyday and they seem to can't get it right. They got it right probably a couple times out of every time I go cuz I like chocolate around the cup and they seem to not understand that but that's the only thing that bothers me
Comparatively cleaner restrooms
Worst service ever. Placed an order for two plain chicken sandwiches through the drive-through and both came incorrect. The barely English-speaking employees try to tell me I placed the order wrong, And refused to make my second sandwich initially. Would not move my car from the drive-through until they finally fixed my sandwich. They all have attitude, barely speak English, and it’s mostly Hispanic so they just defend each other. Brought my complaint up through Corporate. They fought tooth and nail about it as if they’re losing money by making the correct sandwich.
Bad service, it's already several times that I go there, my orders give it badly, I ask for my coffee with 4 amount of sugar and they give me unsweetened coffees, pancakes without butter.
Check your order before you leave. They missed something of my order on 03/19/2025, I called 4 times around 6:47 to 7:30 pm but no one answered. Then another day I got back, tried to get refund, the manager said she could refund me if I called back on the same day or the next day. I don't live in Issaquah so I cannot visited the branch in time for my refund. Other branch like crossroad allowed me to get back what they missed so I was kinda surprised about the result.
Didn't receive my food in plus 20 minutes. Ridiculous.

Went the the drive thru, and they didn't give us all our order, so then we had to go in, just to be ignored, and it was only me and another guy whom he already ordered, so ya!!
After more than two decades of commitment to this Issaquah McDonalds location (#4965), it is with sadness to have to report that the customer service is completely inadequate and very much lacking training and need professional leads and management staffing. Moreover, this Gilman location needs to be audited on a regular basis. My orders are 100% wrong rather I go through the drive through window or walk inside. I will never patronize this location again.
Importantly, Issaquah’s location needs to take a page out of the North Bend location: North Bend ALWAYS delivers excellence in services, all around. North Bend has the Best service and DO get the orders correct the first time, rather it is drive through or walk inside. The NB employees serve with care, a human touch and totally professional customer care and services.
I have an egg allergy so I can’t have mayo. I wanted to get the 7 dollar bacon double cheeseburger meal deal so I asked the drive thru operator what sauces were in it. He said ketchup and mustard. I open the burger and it has only mayo and no ketchup and mustard. This place almost killed me. (There wasn’t even bacon)
