Not great by even the generally low standards of McDonalds. Even when they’re not at all busy, they’re unprepared and want you to pull out of the drive through and wait extra time at the waiting spots. I’ve also received so many incorrect orders here, I’ve lost count.

Not sure who the manager working at 1pm was but they're terrible. And a liar. I order extra pickles on the side. Of my 2 burgers. I go through the drive through and recieve no pickles on the side. And each burger only has a single pickle on each. I go back through and ask for my extra pickles I payed for and they try saying oh it's on one of the burgers i watched her load them on there. First of thats not what I asked 2 no you didn't because there's a single pickle on each. After trying to get out of it they went to go get the extra pickles. I'm not a fan of people who lie like it's their job. Take accountability and give me what I payed for.

Hands down the best McDonald’s on the Eastside. It’s a smaller location, but they’re always fully stocked, even with ice cream. The dining area is immaculate: floors are squeaky clean, tables are spotless, and there’s no lingering smell. I enjoy working here occasionally, it’s quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly, super efficient, and curbside orders arrive within seconds. Plus, the atmosphere is welcoming, with other customers creating a pleasant vibe. Easy 5 stars for this location!

I waited 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me verbally bc he made I contact with me a few times. Where upon he said give me a moment. Next he comes out and walks past me? Then a Spanish lady to help me. I wait another 8 minutes for my food ... Which by the way is made by pushing a button ... Not actually grilled and there were two UES two other customers ...... BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .... Not sure if this is just a Washington State thing but this kind of service is Really Frowned UPON in the great state of Texas... This kind of service has happened to me everywhere I've been here in this beautiful state ... Come on people.

The food is okay and consistent. I only gave three stars for the McChicken I ordered. They put more mayo on it than chicken! I had mentioned this before on Google when ordering at McDonald's, but obviously corporate doesn't read Google reviews. I also think shrink-flation of all their food products doesn't make it a good value for the cost. I only go when I'm in a pinch to pick up something quick. I can imagine that this is why their stock is down. I went through the drive through so I can't comment on the atmosphere.

10/11 employee working the second window thought that 10 McNuggets was worth 20 minutes of my time. Reluctantly I came back to claim my McNuggets that I paid for and he insisted that they were in the bag. They were not. Our fault for not checking. This location has consistently been a let down. Burn it down

Forgot bunch of our food and the food we got was either wrong or bun patty and a pickle. Not one drop of sauce not to mention no lettuce, onion and tomato 😒

Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow sidewalks and entry doors are always a challenge. This place is no exception. Limited seating (3 tables in main area), but interesting long narrow dining afforded all tables a view out the generous south facing windows.
I ordered a 20 piece, and they give only 3 sauces at the kiosk. When you order a 4 piece you get 1 sauce. Stop being cheap, Mcdonalds corporate. Make it make sense.
