I've lately been ordering a Bacon Quarter Pound Cheese Burger with no ketchup and mustard, add lettuce and mayo. My only complaint is that there is only, maybe 4 crumbs of lettuce, it's mostly onion. I know it's a small issue & .30 extra for the lettuce isn't a large amount, but quality control is something to pay attention to.

Paid for a sweet tea lemonade, the guy gives me a drink in drive through there’s like an 1in from the top full so I hand it back and ask him to fill it up. He asked “fill it up with what?” I say “lemonade or sweet tea, doesn’t matter which. I get back home and my daughter tastes her drink. It’s literally all Sweet Tea smh. This place is always horrible at communicating, I called and of coarse no answer smh. Check your stuff before you leave.

Quarter pounder w/ cheese was raw to the point of being cold! The bottom bun was extremely soggy like it was dipped in grease and the box fell apart from the grease or whatever. Probably only a teaspoon of tartar sauce which is outrages for the cost. Will not return to this location.
Make sure to check your drive-through orders. I placed an order had to wait at slot number one, and they still forgot the fries. I went back to the drive-through and got my fries, and guess what? No apologies. I’d have to say they get one out of three orders wrong, they’re complete idiots.

Ordered a $7 meal deal that came with a drink via the McDonald’s App Drive Thru code.I was up charged .49 for a Sweet Tea even though the deal on the app said Sweet Tea is eligible w/the meal. I mentioned this and the Manager, Nate snapped at me saying “Our system always up charges for Sweet Tea” and shamed me saying “I’m not going to argue with you over .49” very rudely and said that “He can talk to me however he wants to” because I told him the way he was speaking to me was not nice and unkind. The general public doesn’t care if you are a franchise or corporate store. That is your business to attend to regarding the financials. Most of us see a price that isn’t what is advertised and address it. It feels deceptive and dishonest. It’s more than just “.49 cents” it’s about integrity.
