There are times when the thought of making our own dinner fills us with dread and then we happily remember that MOD Pizza is just up the road. They offer cauliflower, crusts and gluten-friendly options, though they are not celiac safe. That's enough for my dietary restrictions. So now I can enjoy the breadsticks and the pizza. The salad options are great and it's fun to try the different variations of no name cake if you don't have a gluten sensitivity. This last time we made a mistake mixing dairy-free and mozzarella cheese on a pizza for someone who has a lactose intolerance. They caught this error in our online order and called clarify going so far as to make a new pizza based on the more accurate order and still having it already within 15 minutes for pickup.
The person who put our pizzas together was extremely slow.
