I'd like to preface that this review is only for this location. The Newcastle MOD is terrific. This location is dirty, messy, and on two separate occasions, our pizzas were completely soaked in oil and toppings were visibly burnt until black. Service is non-existent and honestly I felt uneasy eating the pizza after seeing the cleanliness of the restaurant. We would rather travel further to other locations from now on.

The people are always friendly and fast. The only thing I have to complain about is that there isn’t one place in the lobby that isn’t cold. An air vent literally blows on every table. But that’s a petty thing.

Last three times I went the waiting was just too much, about 30 minutes. There was always a queue and also the online orders. I don't think the team was particularly slow. Can the managemt do something to serve better during high demand?

This was such a nice location. Lots of space for seating and the pizza was great.
Not much has changed except a bit lighter on the toppings. New thick crust. I need to try it next time. I like the thin crust. I always build my own and it's different every time. Out of roasted garlic. ? Typical wait time. Something sticky on the floor.
