Nothing Bundt Cakes

Went in after winning a giveaway and this was one of the best experiences I've had at this company!!! I've been to a couple locations and they always have great service. This one went above and beyond this weekend!!! I left the pastries out for my kids to eat in the morning before I left to serve at the church service in the morning and all of it was gone!! My children all asked me for more and they requested it for their birthday!! Truly, thank you for reaching out. Making sure that I picked up the order that was saved for me for Saturday, November 1st! Everyone was amazing! Thank you!!

I went to pick up the order, but the customer placed it a bit early. I went to the door and saw the lady watching me from behind the door. I showed my phone screen and said, “I’m from Uber, I came to pick up the order,” but it was just 4 ready-made items that she needed to put in a bag. She said the order would be ready in about 20 minutes, so I canceled it. Then, only one minute later, she opened the door — but I had already canceled. That made me upset....I think I'm going on behalf of the customer. If you're available, you should give it.

We had Nothing Bundt Cakes at a work meeting and they were so good I just had to come get my own! These Bundt cakes are phenomenal! It’s especially appealing that there are gluten free options too! 5 stars!

I went to the Nothing Bundt Cakes location in Issaquah. Although they rang up the order correctly, they gave me the wrong items. We called the store, and the manager, Chanice H., answered the phone.
From the beginning, Chanice H was unprofessional—constantly accusing us of cutting her off and not letting her speak. It's ironic because she demanded we listen to her, when in fact, we are the customers trying to address a mistake she made. When we tried to explain, she claimed we were yelling at her.
Despite admitting her error, she insisted we drive all the way back to correct it. On top of that, she accused my wife of speaking a different language to me just because she has an accent—I am white, and we found this assumption offensive and discriminatory. Thankfully, my wife recorded the conversation, so there is proof of what was said and how it was handled.
I’m not looking for a refund or compensation. I simply want others to be aware of how unprofessional and, frankly, racist this manager was (Chanice H )This was a terrible experience, and I hope the company takes it seriously.

Audrey D was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The store is clean and the display is attractive. The cakes are a brilliant idea! I bought a box of buntinis for a baby shower once and another time for a potluck. I also buy the small bundlets for a treat for myself and a neighbor when I'm in the area. The lemon and white chocolate raspberry are our favorites!

Beautiful store with delicious cupcakes.
I bought cupcakes last minute to bring to my child’s classroom, and parents were raving and asking me for the name of the store I got them.
They are pricey, but worth it for special occasions.

Needed a last minute carrot cake for a birthday earlier this month on the evening of the 9th of October. Called about 5:30pm and needed to pick it up before they closed and luckily, the staff were able to accommodate such a last minute need! The young lady helping me on the phone was so professional, kind and understanding! She helped pick out the right flower as well for the decor which made my friend feel extremely special the next day! For all the staff here, keep up the great hard work! You are killin’ it!
