I don’t even have pictures because it was so good I smashed it in seconds! But my compliments are for the service, I ordered to go and it was my first time at the restaurant, they were SOOOO attentive and welcoming, they made sure I had everything and a little more. The BEST takoyaki I ever had. I will be back quite often now, they will know my name.

Amazing food and great service but very bad cocktails. Still - worth the 5 stars for the food!!

The vegie tanten ramen was outstanding! Such flavorful broth - tangy and spicy with tad bit sweet! Crunchy minced kind of veges and noodles. Too good.
The Japanese garden roll was also amazing. I added sweet potato tempura in it and that was just too good.

Awesome service - when we tried to put some ramen in another bowl to share they came over and helped! Bar raising for a restaurant in America.
Tofu teriyaki rice for kids was decent. As flavorful as it can get for kids!

The lychee martini was highly disappointing. Too strong and served as if they ran out of martini glasses and just poured it in a random glass they found.

Definitely coming here multiple times but not getting drinks :)

The food tasted great especially the chicken karage and iced coffee (which you usually won’t find in most Japanese restaurants).

But I am here mainly to compliment on their services. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon, the restaurant was already busy and almost full, but my server Erika still managed to take my order timely and quickly without prioritizing tables with larger parties. While I was eating, three different servers checked in with me on my food, and one noticed I was using my napkin to squeeze a lemon wedge and immediately brought me another one. And honestly, all three servers talked to me in a cheerful and vibrant tone, which is not commonly seen in the greater Seattle area. I’ll definitely dine here again not just for the food and beverages, but also for the service.

This place is great if you want good cocktails and food, but it's definitely a more casual location. Which, to be fair, is just the right speed sometimes. Perfect spot to satiate a craving, a step up from a coffee date, would and do take my family & friends there, but I wouldn't necessarily take a serious date there or go there for a professional lunch.

They're renovating, so I'm sure the atmosphere will soon improve- right now it's giving noisy.
