We go there every time after a long hike. Best of the best ramen. We like it over Kizuki.

My go to local sushi spot. I always take out of towners here. I've been going to this restaurant since it first opened. I have witnessed this restaurant put in the hard work and effort to expand and really take care of their customers. The owner is always so warm and welcoming. It's always a delight. Thank you!

Such an amazing ramen place. The sushi is mid but I only tried the California roll so the other ones might be good. The milk tea is amazing 🤤. The mochi looks AMAZING but I didn't get it 😔

The takoyaki has a lot more octopus than any other place I've had it, which is cool. The other food though was just standard fare for above average prices. Other Japanese places around Seattle sell similar quality food for cheaper.

I order here often and they're always delicious. they forgot my sushi in a DoorDash order so I went to go pick it up instead. they gave me a gift card, extra tempura, and miso soup to make up for it!

Great service, delicious food.
Chicken Karaage: Came out fairly quick, lots of small pieces. The spicy mayo is definitely on the spicy side. I liked the quality and the quantity
Tuna Maki: This is how a Tuna Maki should be 😋 big piece of tuna, and wrapped well. Simple, but great
Orenji Dragon Roll: Loved it. I asked for no cucumber and it was perfect.
Chirashi Bowl: Lots of big pieces, the rice was seasoned well. There was one piece of fish we didn't like, if we order it again I'd ask them to substitute it. Not sure what the fish was but it was a bit too soft/mushy. Could also use seaweed.
Side of salad with the Chirashi bowl: We really liked the dressing they used
And they gave a complimentary strawberry mochi ice cream after we paid 🥹
It was really yummy and that was so sweet of them
Overall, enjoyed our meal.
Not gonna take a star off for the price, but you're definitely paying a premium to have a nice sushi meal in Issaquah.
If you have the time and want to save a bit of money, get a Chirashi Bowl from Musashis or sushi from FOB Sushi Bar.
I wouldn't say the Chirashi bowl here is worth almost 2x the price compared to Musashi's, but it's still excellent!
Although neither of those places have quite the expansive menu as Orenji.

Don’t understand the high ratings - we went in last night for dinner. The miso soup and ramen were outrageously salty. The chicken karage js so dry and stiff. The sushi is also stale and cost almost $5 a piece. We Apple paid and the server was so nervous that we aren’t paying and practically stopped us half way towards her.
