Uber eats shows available but the store is closed. So I went and was lucky to see their people coming out, and told me “we’ve set the close date earlier, please check Uber eats and they should refund”. Few hours passed, Uber eats shows the order completed. No refund. Question: why this becomes customers problem??? Why not merchants contact to Uber eats to solve issue but customers?

Ordered food for delivery and it was only 10 minutes from when the food was picked up to when I got it. Hot food was cold, and sushi was warm. Paid for snow crab and got more mayonnaise than crab in my California roll. This isn't the first time they disappointed me, but it will be the last

I just wanted to thank the amazing staff at Orenji for going above and beyond tonight to correct an error in an order. We ordered via a delivery app and two of our rolls were accidentally not included, which was somewhat tragic because they were the only rolls that my son would eat. :pHowever, the restaurant staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating when I called about the issue. They offered a couple of different solutions, and in the end gave us complimentary dessert and appetizer and had one of their own workers drive the missing rolls to our house as he was leaving his shift.They couldn't have been more helpful! We've ordered from this place multiple times and this is the first time we've had an issue, so it was definitely just a one-off anomaly. The food was delicious as usual, and I was extremely impressed with how hard they worked to correct the error. We will continue to order from Orenji regularly!

The Spicy Beef Ramen (hot level 4) satisfied the itch for something awesome!
We came around 8 PM for a table of four. The employees greeted and seated us right away. Food was honestly very tasty. I'm a sucker for sushi and it was delicious. The ramen was so rich of flavor and creamy. Service was quick and ordering was easy. Staff is very friendly! Will be coming here again.
