It's fast comfort greasy food. But for the price it's a really good deal - plenty of fresh vegetables and meat. Best part is the friendly and generous group of young adults working the line. So accommodating to us wanting specific cuts with a smile. And the packaging is sooo cute!

The inefficiency of this location is unbelievable. Constant lines out the door and people waiting around for their orders. This location really needs to consider turning off online orders because they simply cannot handle the walk-in customers and orders online.

This location sucks. On one occasion they forgot one of my entrees but I had already paid before they handed to me and didn’t realize i was missing an item until I got home. Then another time the portions were so skimpy! This location sucks!

Every time I go here, the people give me barely any food. They give like 3 pieces of orange chicken and not enough rice. It wasn’t like this before, I have no idea what they are doing.

I have occasionally enjoyed panda express over the years, 2 to 3 times a year. On our recent drive through experience at the panda express #1020 in Burien, Washington we were left believing that the chain is losing a grip on the standards that built this billion dollar empire. The medium honey shrimp we ordered at $11.70 was found to have been a small when we got home. The chow mein, fried rice, orange, chicken, and super greens was very disappointing in the quantity provided. In addition as the photo shows, the super greens consisted 100% of cabbage. There was not a single other vegetable in our super greens. I'm going to make an assumption that the manager of this panda express runs a very profitable food cost, because he skimps on his quantities and allows shortcuts to be taken such as providing no real super greens. I'm sure the corporate office enjoy his monthly performance numbers, but this is not the way to be successful. Peggy and Andrew Cherng who built this billion dollar Empire did so through hard work and providing a price value relationship that have made this national chain a success. Sometimes when you get this large, it becomes impossible to sustain your controls and culture. My lesson, never go through a drive-through at panda express because you cannot see how they're preparing your order.

I am a regular customer at this location as of today . It used to be good. I have been getting less and less stuff every time and they are out of stuff and you have to wait. I usually don’t like to review places but it is getting to a point where the leadership needs to know and pay attention to this location. The food quality is very low as you can see in the picture. If you are paying the price then you should receive food according.

I don't have a problem with the taste of the food. It's fast-food Chinese food. However, I do a problem with the online ordering process. I ordered a family meal online and it said to pick up at 12:20pm. I get down there at 12:23pm and the guy says they are in the process of cooking a batch of an entre. It was 20 minutes later that they completed my online order and gave me the food. What is the point in the online ordering process if I still have to wait 20 minutes once I get to the store?
