The bakery items were left exposed to the air before being packed, and the brownie bites were extremely dry, hard, and cold. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until we were already on the highway. Their customer support is only available through email, which makes it inconvenient to address the issue in the moment.

Ridiculously expensive for what you get. Dinner for 2 almost $100. For Panera. That’s crazy. The food was ok but nothing amazing and each item we ordered was missing part of it. Chicken Cesar salad with no chicken, chicken Fuji Apple salad with no apples and literally 1 single piece of chicken. The staff were nice but clearly not paid enough to care about your problems. The store looks nice but could use some cleaning in the dining area. It’s Panera so we don’t expect fine dining at all but for these prices it’s definitely a let down.

Wow, wish I would have read the reviews before ordering here. Just paid over 120 for half of our food and what we did receive, all missing anything you would want if you ordered it (ordered two fuiji apple salads … no chicken or apple slices … very expensive lettuce and tomato mix) such a disappointing Panera.

Panera Bread's food quality has gone by the way side over the years. Food is less tastier, more expensive, smaller portions, and hastily thrown together. One of the items I ordered was chili and there's hardly any meat whatsoever. Even the apples are getting smaller...
