Stopped by for lunch. Zero staff helping at the front counter, with a line to the door. One person kept zipping back and forth behind the counter and kept saying “I’ll be right with you.” After the third time, I decided it was an empty promise and took my business across the street to Potbelly. Not high on my list of favorite restaurants, but they seemed happy to see me and helped me promptly.

I love Panera, but this location lacks personality of staff and just hit and miss food. Staff isn't super familiar with options, doesn't notice details, and just very average food. I feel like other locations are far better. Eat here in a pinch...but prefer other local locations if I can.

Typical panera bread. Nothing special.No more to-table service. You have to pick your food from the counter. Parking is always a mess outside this panera. Staff is good. Usually busy on weekends.

This location has ample space of parking available. We went for a quick breakfast and the servers were friendly, attentive andable to deliver our order quickly. Like there other locations, amplespace of table available to sit inside with fireplace turned on. Hope you get to stop by near Target Issaquah location to enjoy Panera Bread. Bon appetite!

Need a quick fix for something semi-healthy and fresh? Panera is a solid choice. I take my daughter here often.Clean tables, and the food is predictably always prepared well.

When you have never been to this restaurant before and you’re ordering and they ask you 6 times what you mean and you’re just reading the menu to them they are not knowledgeable in what they are selling. They don’t ask if you have been before and are half asleep won’t be going again place is chaos trying to order a

Before I moved out of state, this was my go-to Panera location. I really feel like your experience 9/10 times here is going to be great. When I get the BBQ chicken sandwich, it is always hot and well made (no skimping on the toppings). The service is quick and I usually order to-go and my order is always ready by the time they say it will be. I will say that this isn't always the cleanest location and it is usually quite busy. That being said, you can't beat the location, the quality of the food produced from this specific kitchen, and the types of seating available for working, eating, socializing etc.

We ordered at the counter. We asked for the bacon flatbread but the gal at the counter hit the wrong button and we got the pepperoni one. Also, our sandwich was tainted with a cinnamon taste (we didn't order anything with cinnamon). Upon further look, we saw that part of the sandwich had cinnamon filling on it. Not too appealing since it was an unexpected surprise. Maybe if we used the app, our order might be better. The decor was like any other Panera. You know, lots of tables, warm tones, etc.

Dirty, filthy facility!!!!!1 - Worker was leaning back against a partition stretching - while tables were not cleaned. I would have fired him on the spot.2 - Floors looked like they had not been swept -in days! I had to wipe down my own booth (table AND seats) to sit down -while worker was standing around. Floors were just gross - with grease stains on most of the carpeting.3 - Bathroom (Men's) was gross as well!4 - I went in around 3 PM or so on Thursday, 10/19/2023 - so, there weren't many customers!!I had looked forward to having the Cheese and Broccoli Soup - all day!Spent about $22 - wasted since I was so grossed outI probably won't be back to the Issaquah facility!!!!

I wanted to share a remarkable experience I had at your Issaquah location recently. I placed an order for several to-go entrees, but upon returning home, I realized that one item was missing. When I called the store, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jim.Jim not only answered the phone promptly but also displayed exceptional kindness and sincere apologies for the oversight. I explained that my husband, on his way home from work, would swing by to collect the forgotten item. However, given the late hour, there was a possibility he might not make it before closing time.Here's where Jim's outstanding customer service truly shone. He said that he would remain at the store for an hour after closing to clean, so if my husband arrived late, he could call the store, and Jim would personally deliver the forgotten item to his car.As promised, when my husband arrived, the forgotten food item was ready, and to our delight, Jim went above and beyond by including several items from Panera's bakery as a kind gesture.In a time when customer service experiences have often been disappointing, especially since the pandemic began, Jim's exceptional service was a breath of fresh air. Not only did he promptly answer the phone, but he also demonstrated a genuine concern for the customer's experience, which is a rarity these days.Jim's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction reflects positively on Panera as a whole. His actions have made us loyal customers, and we'll be sure to share this wonderful experience with friends and family. Please convey our heartfelt appreciation to Jim at the Issaquah location for consistently delivering excellent service.Thank you for restoring our faith in exceptional customer service.
