Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

This review is a general overall experience summarizing all our experiences at this location. We order from this location about 1-2 times per month. We love the connivence and how easy it is. This place is usually great. I did notice that there was a span of 1-2 months where they were EXTREMELY stingy with their toppings and all the toppings were in the center leaving a good 3-4 inches around the border bare of toppings. It was to the point where my husband and i were considering going to a different location. That being said, this place is back to how it was before and is now once again serving/ preparing the pizza how it should be and with all the toppings the pizzas need. No more complaints as this seems to have been a short lived problem.Staff at this location is extremely attentive and kind. I would highly recommend this location.

They have advertisements in store that are misleading and/or false. I tried to order a “special” that was advertised, and was told that you actually have to order multiple other things at full menu price to get that “special”. It went from a $15.99 special to over $35! When I asked why it was different and pointed out that the ad said “$15.99 for an extra large Cowboy” the only response I got was “This is how my manager said to ring it up.” Even after examining the ad again and showing that there is no fine print anywhere saying that you need to purchase anything else the employee was indignant towards me so I left with no resolution. Food is decent if you get a coupon or deal online, However I would no longer trust them honoring anything in store.

I asked for extra cheese and he said they cant do that. I asked why and he said we don’t have a way to ring it up. As if to spite me he put a comically small amount of cheese on the pizza to the point where there is a 2 inch band of visible sauce around the perimeter that is uncovered by cheese. Not really a review leaver but it was a Pretty unpleasant experience.I went down to the Gilman location (where I usually go) just to order a side of cheese. I told them about my experience and the lady was super nice insisting on remaking my pizza after she asked to see it. Go the the Gilman location!

This used to be our staple pizza. This location has really gone downhill, messing up our last several orders despite tipping in advance. Tonight a perfect pizza with NO cheese and the skimpiest topping ever. Crust was torn all around the edges from stretching too thin. Clearly they are saving $$ on toppings and have ruined the pizza in their attempt for frugality. Customer service does nothing to address this ineptitude. We are taking our business elsewhere.

Always quick and friendly. I usually go on their $12 tuesdays.

I used to order here and just came back after COVID-19. I was shocked how the customer service could be fall like this. From the beginning, they have no sense how to talk to customer. Also I just wanna put some more toppings and he was acting like so frustrated. I really felt offended him in some way because it seems like he was annoyed with me during the whole time visiting there. Hope they can review the customer service status and return just like before.

Papa John's is normally good but there is no such thing as "dairy free cheese* cheese is dairy. If it's dairy free it is not cheese.

This place used to be great, lately the customer service is lacking. They haven't gotten my last 3 orders correct. It's been pretty irritating. Will have to take my business elsewhere.

Close to home, but not worth it. Salad has been AWFUL on last three visits - had to throw most of it away each time. Will not return.

Really irritating customer service. Guy rang me up for a pizza, I hand him a hundred dollar bill, he begins to give me change, then some other guy says "oh no we don't have enough change for that" after I literally watched the other man pull more than enough change out. "You can go get change and come back" no thanks on doing your job. How do you run a business without sufficient funds??

Friendly staff perfect for take out pizza is average and what you would expect.
