Only reason I didn't give five stars for atmosphere is that the cute diner eating area had some pretty loud music piped in. Hard to talk to my friend

America's #1 sandwich for a reason. The Caribbean Roast Sandwich is by far the most flavorful sandwich I'll tasted.

I was passing through on my way back to the Tri Cities and I was lucky to Google “good sandwiches in Issaquah.” The staff was so friendly, everyone was smiling. Everything looked so good it was hard to make a decision, so I asked our server and she recommended a bowl with rice, black beans and some delicious pork shoulder. When I asked if the margaritas were good, she smiled really big and recommended the House Margarita which was made with this habanero-berry infusion. It was the best margarita I ever had! And because I wasn’t the one driving, I splurged on a second. Next time I am passing through this way again, I will stop again.

It's typical Paseo, which is always good. My favorite thing was the Smoking Thigh Sandwich, though most people should probably get the Caribbean Roast (I just don't like Pork as much as Chicken). I'm bait to go again, and am happy that Paseo has a branch as far out as Issaquah.

Get the Press! One of the best sandwiches in Washington state, easily.

I recommend Caribbean Plato with chicken thigh and order an extra chicken thigh for $5. You can feed 2 people if you order this way.
Also, it's obvious, but Caribbean Roast sandwich is awesome. 5 stars.
For vegetarians, Tofu sandwich is good. I wish there was a bit more flavor, so tofu sandwich gets 4* from me.

The food was different than the original Paseo. I guess that the original owner doesn't own the restaurant anymore. So everything is completely different.

The Caribbean roast sandwich is 5/5. So good
Garlic aioli for the fries on point.

Wish I lived closer to this place.

This is probably the best salmon sandwich ive ever had. The fish was perfectly cooked but still tender and juicy. The garlic aoli they make is fragrant, flavorful but light. Its a simple sandwich with very few ingredients but each component is done so well. A+ The salmon sandwich is a must.
