I ordered the Paseo Sandwich with fries, and I have to say, it’s the best Caribbean sandwich I’ve ever had. It easily outperforms many sandwich shops in Washington. The roast pork was juicy and paired perfectly with the caramelized onions and jalapeños. The fries were slightly crispy, and when combined with the sauce, they were amazing.

My only complaint is that the sandwich had a bit too much juice from the roast pork. It’s definitely something you’d want to eat at the restaurant, because the bread can get soggy if you wait too long.

Nothing too special, but the server was friendly. Our order was taken promptly, and the food was delivered quickly.

Nice, small layout with warm and welcoming vibes. It definitely gives off an Caribbean feel.

Famous Caribbean roast… oh my Lord what a sandwich. I don’t even know what to say about it. Genuinely the best sandwich I’ve had and I’ve told everyone about it. I can’t wait to go back when I’m in town.

The guy at the front was really nice! First Caribbean sandwich was really good and enough for 2!! Yummy sauce with fries too!

I love the Paseo sandwiches... They always leave me craving for more... The only gripe I have is about the width of the bread.. it is so narrow that the stuffing keeps slipping out making it a messy experience.. I absolutely love their casava fries and plantain fritters... The flavors just burst in your mouth every single time!!

Sandwich was wrapped but so messy that with the first bite everything came loose and had to just eat it with a fork on the plate. So messy. Not what I remember from the original Paseo in Seattle.

Paseo is clean, well lit and the sandwiches are amazing. The team working there is great, too. Love the $5 margaritas on the first Friday of every month. Highly recommend this restaurant!

One of the best sandwiches in Seattle, just as good at this location. Favorites are the pork or chicken sandwich as well as the bowl. Everything is seasoned perfectly and a great combination of flavors.

We ordered two different sandwiches, corn, and nachos. All the food was mild in flavor but unexpectedly greasy and bland. Definitely not coming back.

Paseo is an explosion of flavor!! Sabrosísimo! Every dish we tried was flavorful, juicy, tender, and just perfect! The marinate in their meats is rich in latin spices. Their fries are perfectly seasoned. The serving size is the perfect amount... not too much, not too little, just hits the spot. The Latin music and vibe of Paseo made me feel like I was on a tropical vacation. The employees were very kind and friendly! We peeked at other's plates and the nachos looked to die for!! Can't wait to come back, we're definitely adding them to our favorite's list 🌴😋🤌🏼
