I am not 100% sure on the 4 stars because I had high hopes, so I dropped one. Pretty disappointed by my sandwich. I ordered a chicken thigh sandwich and it's tough to dry out chicken thighs, but indeed they were. Very few jalapenos too and so it was just dry and not as much flavor as I have had to visits at the sodo location. I will give them another try next time I am out that way, but first time was not great.Parking: Large shopping complex so there is a huge lot for parking.

The Issaquah Paseo is small with only a few 2-person tables and a 3-4 seat bar, but it is convenient to get and has ample parking. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable, but the real value here is the amazing food.

They claim the Caribbean Roast sandwich is one of the best in the country, and I believe it. Always amazing. I drop in every week or two for a quick dinner with the family and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive.

I’ve been going to paseo in seattle for years, and since my SO lives in Issaquah I was ECSTATIC that they opened this location!! The sandwiches are AMAZING, best sandwich I’ve ever had. I’m obsessed. Don’t listen to the reviews saying the sandwiches are greasy, the marinade and garlic aioli aren’t grease and make the sandwich burst with flavor. We love you paseo!!Vegetarian options: Tofu and onion!

Amazing food. Amazing customer service. Our favorite sandwich shop! Even when the holiday meal special ended, they still took our order for New Year's Day. Thank you!

LOOOVE the food, THE sandwich that they talk about is so worth, its tender and moist and a great balance of sweet & savory. admittedly a little messy as well but its so good i didnt even care. fries are also very satisfactory (even if the price is a little steep for an order of fries, its still a good sizable serving)as for dining, the place was a little cramped the the chairs and tables felt cheap. arrangement was awkward but ay you gotta make do and thats not their fault. like i said, food especially makes up for it

Fast, consistent, delicious sandwiches. I love that there's ample parking and it's easy to get to. We have always loved paseos and this location does not disappoint! They can be an expensive sandwich but it feels like a whole meal, If not, 2? Haha also love the macrina bread they use chewy delicious and so good with soaking in all the flavors without disintegrating!

One of the worst sandwiches Ive ever had.Sopping wet in grease, the paper its wrapped in just soaked through. You couldnt even look at the sandwich without getting grease on your hands. A thick coating, you will reek of onion from the near raw veg put on your food.I got the caribbean and couldnt see what part of it represented the caribbean culture. The service was nice enough and quick, but I would never even consider the place again. Also, dont flip your tip screen to the customers. If you have the gall to ask for a tip for pressing 5 buttons on the register (a %20 tip is the first option) then you can just open your mouth and ask.Almost $20 , I threw the other half in a dumpster. Should have believed the others reviews.
