First time eating at a Potbelly. Ordered the prime rib steak sandwich. The meat portion to price ratio was not very good. Also, each bite included a tough chewy connective tissue that I ended up spitting into a napkin. Not a very good first time experience.

Seriously out beat jersey mikes in my opinion. First time trying it today and omg best sandwhich I’ve ever had. Good for the price too. Got the Sandwhich and soup. If you’re not picky try my order. First time and had no idea about this place.

Just ordered a grilled cheese online for pickup and then drove 30 minutes home to find out I received a grilled chicken sandwich. This happened to me a few years ago. You've got to find a way to double check grilled cheese vs. grilled chicken. I'd consider it pretty important not to mix up vegetarian sandwiches with a meat one. I need a refund and the website makes it impossible to figure out how to do so.

The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. I ordered a sandwich through the app for the first time on 11/21 and didn’t know that the toppings had to be manually added by myself. So a guy called to confirm that I just wanted a plain sandwich with meat and cheese. I was so glad he took the common sense to confirm my order assuming I made a mistake. Your staff is awesome. And when I picked up my sandwich they were so cool about it.

Came in during busy rush at lunch placed a mobile order right before I walked in. Claire checked in with me as soon as I walked and updated me they received my order and there may be a wait. Probably 2 minutes later she gave my son some stickers and almost right after handed us our order. I'm very impressed how quick the service was during their rush, with no errors to our order and all around great team! Extra kudos to Claire for the exceptional service!
