The online order software is a mess.I ordered a Quesadilla with Chicken, Cheese, etc. It turned out Chicken was removed when Cheese is selected. When I ordered in person, I always asked for Chicken with Cheese. So I ended up with no protein for my online order. This is so wrong....On top of this, when I submitted the order, it came back with a message stating checkout was DENIED. BUT then I received thr confirmation email that my order went through. Again, this is messed up, and my online cart still contains the items which should be emptied. Please fix your software.

The chicken protein bowl is now called the double protein or post workout protein bowl. I was told it was off the menu and the employee helping me didn’t seem to understand English well. Manager was nice, but hasn't eaten there. As far as I can see the double protein bowl is still on the menu on the app. My bowl came without fajitas and one tiny little handful of lettuce. A little bit annoying to be looked at with blank stares but hey that’s what I get for not packing lunch to work.

This is one of the more premium qdoba outlets over the ~10 I've visited! Lots of seating space and well maintained too. The only concerns on the day i visited was that the batch of black beans we were served from was way too salty. They changed the batch when we let them know though.

I am always able to get served quicker at Qdoba over Chpotle. Food is good. We did a catered deal for a graduation party and it was not great. The rice was undercooked to the point of being crunchy and the chips were so salty they were almost inedible.

No one answers the phone. Don't bother calling. Tried multiple times throughout the day.

Disappointed. Ordered via the buy 1 get 1 off entree offer on the app and they literally made one of the bowl half in quantity. We had ordered the tortilla soup and the soup too was half of the usual quantity. Will not fall for this again. Entrees were also missing items we had chosen.
